“The moment you walk in you feel at home. I spent two months here and was very comfortable here with my pup. I was working remotely while being here. The 4th of July fireworks on the Cape Coral bridge could be seen from the lanai! They were beautiful! The neighborhood is peaceful and the home is neatly furnished and well kept up. Definitely work the visit!”

“The house was beautiful. Marie is terrible at communicating. The house lost water and I reached out to Marie and she told us to check the breaker box after we told her that wasn’t the problem, she said she will send somebody and then after an hour we reached out and she ignored us. I had to reach out to support so they can reach out to her and that even took a while. Long story short Marie has bad customer service, we waited 6 hours for somebody to come and tell us the water well to the house wasn’t working and we couldn’t stay there which is fine I get it things happen, but the way Marie dealt with it was terrible! I wouldn’t recommend any home she has available. She was never apologetic, she didn’t keep us updated on when somebody would come and she ignored all our phone calls.”

“This home is exactly as it’s pictured. The pool and outdoor area was perfect. Our small bernedoodle loved to sit out by the pool and enjoy the sun. The home was spotless upon arrival. The canal/lake is great for fishing off the dock. Lots of large zebra tilapia, mullet snook and dolphins swam up to the dock! I did catch a baby bull shark pup fishing off the dock so be mindful if you decide to jump in to the lake. Will definitely be returning.”
