“We come to Capr Coral often. We have rented numerous homes. This is the 1st time we've rented the same home twice. We Love the layout of this home. We travel with friends and this gives both couples ample space. Great location, Amazing views (being on a large canal), Pool & Lanai are the Best. We will be back here again.”

“The interior of this home is beautiful, but our 7-day stay with 6 guests was severely ruined by poor property maintenance. Upon arrival, we found several issues: the pool/lanai area, outdoor ceiling fans, and lights were covered in thick dirt, the outdoor TV could not connect to Wi-Fi, the dock area was covered in animal feces, and basic supplies were scarce (only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 3 rolls of paper towels for a week. The ceiling a/c vents were covered in a dirty black film.The major issue, however, was a severe ceiling leak during heavy rains. Water completely flooded one bedroom, soaking the carpet and furniture and creating a heavy musty odor. Despite notifying the host immediately, no one arrived to clean or address it. The next day, again rain poured from the ceiling like an open faucet, and we had to contain the flooding ourselves. “House is beautiful and well kept. Not much to do in area and was pretty far from beaches but was as described and a nice place to spend a month. Kids loved the pool”

“The moment you walk in you feel at home. I spent two months here and was very comfortable here with my pup. I was working remotely while being here. The 4th of July fireworks on the Cape Coral bridge could be seen from the lanai! They were beautiful! The neighborhood is peaceful and the home is neatly furnished and well kept up. Definitely work the visit!”

“The house was beautiful. Marie is terrible at communicating. The house lost water and I reached out to Marie and she told us to check the breaker box after we told her that wasn’t the problem, she said she will send somebody and then after an hour we reached out and she ignored us. I had to reach out to support so they can reach out to her and that even took a while. Long story short Marie has bad customer service, we waited 6 hours for somebody to come and tell us the water well to the house wasn’t working and we couldn’t stay there which is fine I get it things happen, but the way Marie dealt with it was terrible! I wouldn’t recommend any home she has available. She was never apologetic, she didn’t keep us updated on when somebody would come and she ignored all our phone calls.”
