“Place was good for the price.”

“My family just got back from a great week in Maui. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 6, including 3 teenagers. Everything was exactly as described. Very clean, kitchen was great, beds were comfortable. We loved being able to walk across the street to Kam III. The condo comes with lots of beach chairs and boogie boards which is awesome. Joshua was very responsive when we had questions. Overall we would highly recommend this condo.”

“Joshua was an incredibly kind and accommodating host during a really stressful situation for our group. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay in Maui due to a medical emergency and later a cancelled flight, and he went out of his way to help however he could — including prioritizing an early check-in for us and helping coordinate a late checkout on short notice. Communication was quick, thoughtful, and genuinely compassionate the entire time. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We were so grateful to have landed somewhere with such a caring host during a chaotic couple of days. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend booking with Joshua.”

“Home was updated, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - central to activities, restaurants and the beach. The host was communicative and made check in/check out super easy. The only downfall was that the AC units seemed to struggle keeping up with staying cold. The ceiling fans helped circulate a little better but we prefer having it a bit cooler inside.”

“We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable throughout the whole week. The apartment had everything we needed — plenty of towels, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies, good WiFi, and overall great amenities. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and easy to follow. We especially appreciated how responsive the host was. We had a small issue during check-in because of a problem with our phone, and he replied immediately and helped us get everything sorted out very quickly. The view was absolutely amazing, and we also loved having beach chairs and a dedicated parking spot. The location worked perfectly for us with a car and made it easy to explore different parts of the island. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely recommend it!”

“The condo itself is very comfortable and the lanai is large, quiet and private although the AC unit does blow the hot air directly onto the shaded area of the balcony. We had issues with a poorly functioning AC unit but it was cleaned and should be okay now. Takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the beach which is lovely. About a 1 minute walk to the pool which had shade areas available and rent beach stuff for reasonable prices.”

“Beautiful location and just what the family needed. We enjoyed walking the beach and waking up to sounds of the ocean. The split floor plan, although, originally a little bit of a concern ended up creating a nice separation for the family. We did encounter an issue with the house that was not our fault or the fault of the house owners/property manager. It was just something that happened during our stay. We notified Joshua right away and he not only responded right away but had the issue diagnosed and corrected super quick and kept us updated throughout the repair. Without the prompt attention by Joshua this was an issue that could have derailed our stay significantly. All in all we would definitely stay there again and would recommend this location to friends and family. Thanks for the amazing hospitality, Joshua!”

“Great area, nice unit but there were too many dead bugs all around said unit even though it was “cleaned” before check in. They covered a couple of broken tiles loosely with a small carpet by the entrance. My wife had tripped because of it but luckily she caught herself instead of landing on the floor and she’s pregnant. Great price for the area but not coming back here again unfortunately.”
