“Joshua was a great host. Space was really updated and clean. Few recommendations, pictures of the building units, more clear directions on how to get tot he unit on the 4th floor. Other than that it has the perfect location. Mahalo!”

“This stay was great! The only thing was that there were a lot of bugs which is understandable given we are in Hawaii. Unfortunately, there were bugs in one of the beds. A cleaner stopped by to replace the bug trap and change the bedding, but the bugs continued to appear in the bed afterwards. Other than that, the apartment was very convenient, the views were wonderful, and it came with many great amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time there.”

“Hvac 2nd floor didn’t work, internet service weak, some bugs in side rooms especially 1st floor, be prepared to bring your own shower gel, shampoo, conditioner etc they supply just 1oz of each to all your stay, dryer work slow.”

“The place was very nice and beautifully located next to the beach. The only down side was the ac units and some room lights were not working in the middle of our stay. So it did get hot overnight and we could not stay in those rooms for a long period of time until it got resolved.”

“This home was as advertised. The location was great and it had a spectacular ocean view. The space is small overall, but we were able to accommodate our big group. The kitchen was well-equipped and had additional necessities/ingredients to cook meals. The AC worked very well and cooled the space down quickly. There were noticeable stains on the couch, the towels did not smell clean (luckily there is a washer/dryer), and the upstairs room was more humid than the rest of the home. Yes, the home is updated, but you can tell that it has been well-used. Overall, our stay was fine for what we needed but I’m not sure that we’d choose this location again due to the cleanliness.”

“There were 7 dead or dying cockroaches throughout the stay, as well as various other bugs. Walls need painting and furnishings/appliances need updating. Stained couch. Rusty drier/washer. Old and dirty AC. Bedroom window taped up with scotchtape.”

“Unfortunately, I would not stay here. We encountered cockroaches/bugs in the property as soon as we got their, and there were numerous bug traps placed on the kitchen countertops and other areas. When I raised the issue, I was told this was "normal," but I believe prospective guests should be informed of an ongoing pest issue before booking. Cleanliness was also disappointing. The property appeared to have received only a very superficial cleaning, with several areas feeling dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the condition of the home did not match my expectations based on the listing.”

“Great area, nice unit but there were too many dead bugs all around said unit even though it was “cleaned” before check in. They covered a couple of broken tiles loosely with a small carpet by the entrance. My wife had tripped because of it but luckily she caught herself instead of landing on the floor and she’s pregnant. Great price for the area but not coming back here again unfortunately.”
