“We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely gorgeous and truly felt like home. They provided everything we could possibly think of, which made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The location was beautiful as well. The home was generally clean, although we did notice quite a few crumbs underneath the living room couch and some dirty handprints on a few doors. Aside from those small details, everything was amazing, and we would happily stay here again!”

“We were very skeptical at first since this was our first Airbnb rental, but we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Everything went seamlessly from check-in to check-out. The property was exactly as described—and even better in person. We spent hours enjoying the pool and hot tub, and the private dock was a huge hit for fishing. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!”

“This place exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely perfect for my daughter’s birthday week staycation. We were a fairly big group with an infant, toddler, adolescents, teenager, two adults and a Mamaw (me lol). There was something to entertain all of us. The house is very spacious and comfortable with tons of amenities. We had one minor issue but they were there within an hour to resolve it and were super friendly. I would highly recommend this place if you want to experience SWFL the right way (and I’m a local of 40+ years :)”

“Very nice when you walk in. House clean and comfortable. Pool area clean and nice. Had to keep adding water to pool. Pool and yard people were nice and prompt. All amenities were great . Dock - the walkway was very squishy and parts of it seemed unstable. Getting the boat in the slip required two people because of the bolts on each side. We really enjoyed staying there and would consider staying there again.”

“The property is in a great location and offers ample space. It comfortably accommodated a group of 6 but the couch only seats four, which made it difficult for everyone to gather comfortably in the living area. While the furnishings and flatware are basic, most of the necessary essentials were provided. We did choose to store the area rugs in the closet during our stay as they appeared dirty. I also wanted to share my experience regarding communication with the property management team. When I called to explain that we would be away at a state wrestling tournament and unable to bring the trash cans in promptly, the response was dismissive. I was told that with over 30 properties to manage, they have many individuals to keep happy, and emphasized that I would be responsible for any fines if the containers were left at the street. Rather than receiving assistance or a solution, I felt like a bother. I resolved the issue myself and limited further communication to essential matters.”

“URE management left communication in the form of a sign and binder that weren’t for this house. These included trash day that wasn’t correct and instructions for hot tub and pool controls that weren’t for this house. This made for some confusion in trying to operate easily within this property. It was really nice to have pool and beach supplies as well as ice packs for packing a cooler. Most of the beds were quite comfortable but the bunk bed is very shaky and felt unstable for a 90# child. Though there is sleeping accommodation for 8, there is only dining and lounging seating for 6. It was nice to have bikes and helmets available. Also, after being twice prompted to ask for late check out, it was frustrating that the response was that late check out was “not available at this time.””
