“The actual apartment was decent, although very simple standard amenities were missing- for example, there are no trash cans for the bathrooms or tools for cleaning (broom/mop) and no utensils for cooking- making daily living a little more challenging. The AC did not function properly the entire duration of our stay. The elevator worked 50% of the time. The fire alarm in the lobby was beeping the entire duration of the stay. Someone else was parked in our second parking spot the entire duration. It took 17 days to get the shower drain unclogged despite multiple requests. The hallway was hot and humid and had a disgusting carpet full of stains that reeked.”

“Unfortunately, the apartment did not match the price or the “luxury” description. The unit was small and generally felt poorly maintained. The kitchenware was old &rusted, and I ended up having to purchase basic items out of pocket. The furniture was also older and stained, and the mattress had stains when we arrived, although it was eventually replaced. Noise was another issue. Screaming & crying from neighbors. The main host was polite and did eventually get most of the issues handled, but it took around 2 weeks and quite a bit of following up. For the amount we paid, I expected the apartment to be properly maintained and prepared before our arrival but was disappointed. The biggest positive is the location. The neighborhood itself felt quiet and safe, and it’s conveniently close to Beverly Hills. I was in Los Angeles handling medical appointments, so the location was especially convenient for me. Overall, the condition and upkeep of the apartment simply did not match the price.”

“We rented this unit for a summer internship in the Century City area. The location was ideal, and a short bus ride to the office and short walk to Century City mall. Other LA areas are a close drive. It felt safe both day and night. The unit was as described, easy to access and equipped with everything we needed. Overall a positive stay and experience!”

“We stayed at this apt for 7 weeks and had a fantastic experience. The apt is spacious, very comfortable, and well laid out. The master is large, with an attached bathroom and a generous walk-in closet. The guest bedroom and adjacent bathroom are also decent. the host handed us a nice started amenity pack - garbage bags, detergent, etc. The washer, dryer, other utilities worked excellently. The kitchen and living/reception area are especially large - luxurious for an extended stay. The surroundings are peaceful, while the location is excellent — only about a 15-minute walk to Westfield Century City. a Walgreens and McDonald’s just 5 minutes away. The community gym is outdated, and the pool is more like a large plunge pool, but neither really affected our stay. The host could have been slightly quicker with responses, although everything we needed was eventually taken care of with a little follow up we hope to stay here again!!!”
