“Quiet place for an escape and rest. The place is perfect as a respite from the hustle and bustle. The accommodations are basic with a simple electric stove and comfortable bed.”airbnb

“It’s an upstairs unit only NOT the whole place, you can’t use backyard and the floor feels like it’s gonna fall through. Construction going through the weekend 10 hour a day. Place is horrible, don’t leave a beer on the counter or they’ll charge you a cleaning fee”airbnb

“The only issue was no Coffee which should have been stated.”airbnb

“Had a good stay for a few nights! The location is perfect. Downtown Nashville/Broadway is walkable (about 30-35 minutes) or a quick uber away. Public transit is readily accessible as well. We had no issues staying for a few days without a car. The location is very unique inside of an old college campus. We had fun exploring the halls and the unique architecture made coming home at the end of the day quite relaxing. There were some unorthodox rules we encountered such as no alcohol, even in your own private space, and opening a window leading to a $150 fine. Further, this unit specifically is directly above AC units. We visited in a hotter month and you could hear them kick on quite often. The bed was quite stiff and the linens included were scratchy.”airbnb

“This apartment is in a great location and made it really easy to walk just about everywhere, which we really appreciated. That said, a couple things didn’t quite match expectations. The listing advertises three beds, but one of those is a pullout couch that was extremely uncomfortable and not realistically usable for sleeping, which made a difference for our group. We also asked about early check-in and were told it would be available for an additional $200, even though the unit had been empty the night before. For a place that was already fairly pricey for what it offered, it started to feel like we were being nickel and dimed. Overall, you are really paying for the location here, and while the stay was fine, a few details could be improved to better match what’s advertised.”airbnb
