Urban Nashville Vacation Rentals

“Jordan was proactive in calling us back after I mentioned the drains in the bathroom for the sink and tub were very slow. Someone came in to get that cleaned out quickly. One thing for future feedback is to include a Kleenex box in the unit. That would be nice to have to blow your nose. Also there were like 2 ants we saw in the unit too. One in the kitchen and one crawled on me. Also a bit dark in the unit if you’re cool with that.”

“The Gulch is a great neighborhood to anchor your trip and the loft is the place to do it. Spacious, clean and responsive host with secure parking available.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Nashville and really enjoyed our trip overall. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The host was also very responsive and communicative throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. There were just a couple of things that could be improved. The AC unit was extremely loud and kept us up the first night. We ended up having to turn it off whenever we wanted to sleep, which caused the apartment to warm up pretty quickly. We also rented lockers for our luggage since our flight arrived before check-in, but when we arrived around 7:30am, we weren’t given clear instructions on where the lockers were located or the code to access them. Thankfully, after calling the help line, a very kind woman assisted us within about 10 minutes. Other than those small issues, our stay was great and we would definitely recommend staying here!”

“We enjoyed our stay at UrbanNashville and plan to stay again when in Nashville. The condo was spacious, spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Parking was easy. It was in a great location, minutes to downtown.”

“What a great place to stay for a quick getaway to Nashville. The property is comfortable and well setup. This kitchen is well stocked and ready to use, but who needs that when you're so close to 12 South plentiful and amazing restaurants. It's an easy drive/Uber to Broadway and right next to Bellmont University. Couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.”

“It’s an upstairs unit only NOT the whole place, you can’t use backyard and the floor feels like it’s gonna fall through. Construction going through the weekend 10 hour a day. Place is horrible, don’t leave a beer on the counter or they’ll charge you a cleaning fee”
