“It’s a nice and specious house, not much parking for the amount of people it is advertised for. However, when we arrived there was a plumbing company working on the bathroom sink. When they left, they left without cleaning and we were left with a dirty sink and floor. The second issue was that the pool was not clean and when I notified the host about it they replied with “the pool looks good. We can see the bottom.” Which in my opinion is not an acceptable response. They ended up sending someone to clean it which I appreciate. The grill was also very dirty. Overall, it’s a good place but the management agency needs to pay more attention to those details.”

“Great stay! Perfect location super close to the beach and it was easy to get in and out of downtown Carolina Beach. We had a wonderful time and wish we could stay longer!”

“Decor was beautiful and windows beautifully framed the view of the ocean. The balcony has a partial ocean view and a lot of parking lot view of the public beach access parking that is right next to the building . Building was a bit dated but the space is well updated.”

“Beautiful house but it could’ve been much more clean before we arrived , luckily we don’t mind cleaning . Pool Vacuum is very slow we had to manually clean many leaves out of the pool when we arrived and still didn’t get in because of the dirt build up on the walls , probably needs a filter change , light bulbs weren’t working we purchased more . Mosquitoes are terrible !! Host will try to get more money out of you be careful.”

“We would not stay here, and I will not endorse the property. Just keep looking for something else. Dirty, noisy, and certainly not worth the money.”

“The decor was beautiful & comfortable. and the kitchen was pristine. However, quite a few things were not up to par. There were only 3 Keurig cups and no drip coffee. There were no instructions on how to use the coffee pot. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, besides being difficult to get into. There should be a stool for getting into these high beds.. On the king bed, the mattress tilted to the right side. The mattresses were lumpy and the pillows were few and totally inadequate for neck and head support. I could not find the outdoor trash can.”

“Traffic noise very loud in the apartment, sheets with pills in them, broken oven handle which meant you couldn’t use the oven and missing faucet top, ripped pleather furniture and blankets wrapped around cushion but ripped sides still visible. Minimal toilet paper and paper towels and no amenities like shampoo, soap for showers which is just silly given how inexpensive those things are to provide.”
