“House itself was nice & good for a group of 5 women. The pool was enjoyable & location was convenient. The reason for the 3 stars was the owner’s attitude & house’s lack of security. The owner (Mitch?) was not polite and for 2k for five days he should be. The pool vacuum was not at the property at all while we were there and when the pool guys came to clean it and told Mitch it was missing, he was passive aggressive. If you look at the poor reviews on AirBnb he leaves snarky responses (I’m sure the response to this review will be snarky as well). The gate to sketchy alley behind house is not secure. A man came under the car port & was going through the garbage while we were on the back patio. Mitch’s response to this was less than reassuring. The manual is out of date concerning the waterfall instructions and when people come to service the house. Again, the house itself is nice, but you better hope nothing goes wrong or else you’ll have to deal with Mitch’s poor attitude.”

“Absolutely LOVED this stay. The house is freaking gorgeous. My favorite part was the kitchen area, master bedroom / bath & the backyard. Such a great hangout, entertaining space & you really feel right at home. Anything & everything you could ever need is there! I mean anything! I texted about warming the pool a bit more because one of the days was a little chilly and they responded literally immediately and someone was out to raise the temp shortly after. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The check in process was seamless & easy. The guidebook that they provide prior to check in is also so cool - they offer recommendations on where to go / what to do! Would recommend to everyone! You will LOVE this house. & everything is SO close.”
