True North Management
4.60Visit website
True North Management's guest rating of 4.60 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“I loved this space, the surroundings and yard for the dogs. It was fun to see the farm animals as they rotated by the house. Even though there is a train across the field, it was comforting rather than obnoxious. It doesn’t blare its horn but just rumbles by like an old friend on their way home. If you enjoy being outside of town but still close or just need a space to relax or create, this one is inspirational. Come, enjoy the simplicity.”airbnb

“We’re a family of 4. We rented the cabin for 8 days. The location is beautiful. Accurately described. Except for the Bluetooth sound system listed in the amenities. Additionally there’s items you cannot use on the property like a smoker which is disappointing. The home was poorly stocked with supplies. There was only 3 wine glasses, 2 plastic with lots of chips on the rim, one glass. There’s only 4 coffee mugs. I don’t feel the home was fully stocked for our long stay. There was a shortage of toilet paper and one dishwashing pod. We’ve stayed in multiple properties and have always had these small things included. The home is a bit disjointed. The children’s room is very far from the master. You also have to walk through the children’s room and a bathroom to get upstairs. Lastly, but totally not a big deal. There was no welcome kit for us when we arrived. I can google, but I’d would have loved to have known the local best spots. I would not rebook here.”airbnb

“We spent Christmas at this home and it was wonderful! The house is very comfortable. The living rooms were perfect with lots of seating, blankets, pillows. Everything you’d want to relax. It’s near Kalispell so you can get whatever you’d want but it’s just the right amount of distance out of town to really feel like you’re out in the middle of nowhere. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.”airbnb

“Building and apartment are very nice. Neighborhood is easy to get to other things to do. Unfortunately, hard to miss the abandon/boarded up complex next door.”airbnb

“This is a special place! We really enjoyed our stay here! The scenery is breathtaking & area peaceful. Bonus-35 horses & several adorable, friendly small doggies & kitties greeted us each morning. We fell in love with those them. The listing & photos are correct with one exception, there are technically 3 buildings on the property, but we still had privacy & beautiful views. The house was clean & had everything we needed. The layout was original, creatively warm & cozy. We really enjoyed sitting out by the fire each night while enjoying sunsets; sunrises were spectacular too. After staying at a few Airbnb‘s in MT, we realized that flies are a thing. We’re from FL so it’s mosquitoes there. There is a train in the distance that reminded us of our hometown feel. The property mgmt company/hostess were responsive, helpful with communication. The location is excellent, about 15-min to airport, short drive to Whitefish & about 30 min to GNP West. Lots of restaurants & shopping downtown.”airbnb

“I booked 5 nights but left after 1 due to safety and cleanliness issues. The gravel road in was rough, the grounds were overgrown, steps and dock unsafe, and there was no true beachfront as advertised. The “AC” was just poorly installed window units blowing hot air back inside, and windows were left open with no screens. The home was not clean: sticky floors, stained bedding, hair in bathrooms, mouse droppings in drawers, and personal items(bra pad) left from prior guests. Management read my messages but did not respond until the next morning, then claimed I didn’t give them enough time to fix things—yet the issues were far beyond a quick fix. This property was misrepresented, unsafe, and unsanitary. I would not recommend staying here.”airbnb
