“Stayed for 4 nights; the WiFi network wasn’t available until day 3 (after they sent a maintenance persons out) - even post it would work about 20% of the time for basic Google searches; not enough to stream so no TV. Ceiling fan didn’t work; remote was missing batteries and the back. The check-in via the automated system didn’t work (despite an overly aggressive forms/checklist)… they mentioned they’d reach out to the owner for a credit. Never happened. The location: great. No real issues. Property photos: … great job but not really representative of the current state of the property. Internet connection: … non-existent and cellular service (Verizon and TMobile both are nearly impossible to consistently get)… so without WiFi had to go into town to work. Communication: … while they responded - the results are pretty pathetic. I would cautiously avoid staying here until some major work is done to remedy the list of issues.”

“Loved this Airbnb for sure and you couldn’t beat the view and outdoor space. We had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. And the kids enjoyed the games and toys that were there. We enjoyed the train and the wildlife out in the pasture, and the horses were an added bonus! It was a great base camp for Glacier and surrounding area. Prior to check in I was required to provide my government ID and fill out some forms that’s I’ve never had to fill out before with another host. Maybe that’s normal for Montana. All in all it was great!”

“The place is very cozy, charming and pet friendly. Scenery is beautiful. Love being able to see the horses everyday and being able to pet them. We would stay again when and if we are in the area.”

“We’re a family of 4. We rented the cabin for 8 days. The location is beautiful. Accurately described. Except for the Bluetooth sound system listed in the amenities. Additionally there’s items you cannot use on the property like a smoker which is disappointing. The home was poorly stocked with supplies. There was only 3 wine glasses, 2 plastic with lots of chips on the rim, one glass. There’s only 4 coffee mugs. I don’t feel the home was fully stocked for our long stay. There was a shortage of toilet paper and one dishwashing pod. We’ve stayed in multiple properties and have always had these small things included. The home is a bit disjointed. The children’s room is very far from the master. You also have to walk through the children’s room and a bathroom to get upstairs. Lastly, but totally not a big deal. There was no welcome kit for us when we arrived. I can google, but I’d would have loved to have known the local best spots. I would not rebook here.”
