“David's place was a perfect stay. Clearly designed with intention and super spacious. Very comfortable bed. i could have stayed there for much longer. Love the access to Southport as well.”

“This space was so cute and weird, which fit us perfectly. Sending pics to assure our friends and family we made it safely was a great conversation piece. I loved the guidebook and recommendations for places to stay/eat/explore that weren’t all the typical tourist attractions that we knew about. I wouldn’t stay in this specific listing again (gotta find another quirky place next time, variety is the spice of life) but highly recommend anyone stay here at least once. We will never forget this space and all the character it contained. A/C felt good, loved the coffee and tea options, as well as the bowl of smarties on the table. Y’all are smarties if you stay here.”

“David’s place was great! It looked just like the photos and was very clean. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful and the other residents were so nice and friendly! It was about a 15/20 minute drive from the major attractions downtown which was great and it was very easy finding street parking within a short walking distance. David is very nice and was very understanding when we ran into a hiccup (completely our own fault). We will definitely be staying here when we come back to visit Chicago!”

“We loved our stay at the Sassy Sanctuary! Even more spacious than the pictures show, right in Wrigleyville but on a quiet tree-lined street. Great location and walkable to lots of restaurants, the train and Wrigley. David’s instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy, he left great tips for things to do in the area. Apt was clean and included all the amenities listed. Would stay here again next time we’re visiting Chicago! Thanks for a great stay!”

“When plans fell through elsewhere the day before my event, I booked David’s Airbnb last minute, and he was extremely accommodating and responsive! Check-in and check-out were both seamless — super easy — and the place was clean and in a convenient location, within easy walking distance to the main square of Lincoln Square and even a French bakery nearby. Would recommend David’s place to anyone wanting to stay for some time around Lincoln Square!”
