“This was a very well kept Home in a lovely neighborhood very close to where we needed to be for the weekend. It had a cornhole game in the backyard, which was great for the grandkids to keep them busy. The beds were super comfortable. And Trent was very responsive when needed.”

“We had a fabulous stay at Trent’s home. The house is beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for our visit to Lubbock. So close to Tech, and restaurants. The backyard was exactly as described, fire pit worked as expected and hot tub was hot and all jets worked perfectly. What’s great is you have no neighbors peering down from surrounding houses, it’s very private at night. The house has a great layout and each room was privately off the main living space. Will definitely come again if my daughter decides to attend Tech!”

“The Magnolia was just lovely. It was a quiet location yet also close to Texas Tech, restaurants and shopping. Trent thought of every little detail including a fully appointed kitchen, cozy furnishings and desks with mirrors and extension cords - perfect for work or getting ready for the day. Ensuite bathrooms, blackout curtains and king size beds in three of the main bedrooms made the bedrooms feel luxurious and private. We will always try to book Trent’s magnolia anytime we are in Lubbock.”
