Treehouse Grove

“The Hickory was just as described, and staying there was an awesome experience. It consists of two separate treehouse pods connected by an outdoor deck. The main pod has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, private bedroom, and loft bedroom. The second pod is smaller and has another private bedroom, a small kitchenette, bathroom, and an upstairs loft that is only slightly larger than the bed itself. The lofts are accessed by ladders, so they may not be practical for everyone, but they definitely add to the treehouse experience. The property was cute, updated, and extremely clean, which is my top priority. This is not meant to feel like a spacious five-star hotel. It is more like elevated glamping, and that is part of what makes it so enjoyable. The mountain views were beautiful, and the outdoor deck was a great place take everything in. Overall, it was a unique and enjoyable place to stay, and we are very glad we had the opportunity to experience it.”

“Communication needs to be worked on. Specially when guests are staying at the property and reach out to you with a question. If you have certain hours you would not like to disturb please do mention it in the description of the listing. This would just help improve the guest experience.”

“What a great little gem, our family really enjoyed the tree house, our only regret is not staying longer. The place was well maintained and an amazing, peaceful location. it also was a short ride from downtown Gatlinburg.”

“Heaven on earth. This place was so spectacular the pictures don’t do it justice. Sitting on the deck high up in the trees with my coffee in the morning was so peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend.”

“The earliest check in time is 2pm even if there is no guests staying the night before which was frustrating since we arrived sooner on our road trip. The bedding upstairs had faint stains, the ants were an issue too. The air conditioning was also disconnected. The roads to this place also aren’t ideal for a large suv, pretty scary.”

“Beautiful treehouse near the creek. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the home. There were only two negatives that affected my rating - one of which was incredibly impactful. There were hundreds of black ants everywhere inside… which I suppose should be expected in a treehouse. There is enough parking for each renter to have one vehicle, but that isn’t discussed in the listing or as a part of check in. As a result, of the 9 treehouses, three renters brought 2 cars.. which meant there wasn’t enough parking for everyone and there’s no where on the side of the road to park. While I got there early and was one of the first to park, my van was not only boxed in so I couldn’t leave, but it had been hit and scratched in both sides. Listing should emphasize that only one car is allowed to preclude this.”
