“The office lady called us and told us our room was ready and we could check in early. I actually told her a time frame. We arrived in that time frame and there wasn’t anyone in the office. We had already parked and unpacked our vehicle. We ended up calling the management company to see what was going on. They called the office lady and she came back all upset because her coworkers were calling her during her “break” asking her where she was. She came back a bit rowdy and complained while she was eating her cold fries. Very unprofessional! First impression was not a good one! I brought my mom and aunt with us who are physically unable to do stairs. The elevator broke down (which can happen and I get it) I just wish something would have been put up so we knew it had already been called about and in the process of sending someone out to fix it. Great location. Comfortable beds and couch. Love that it had chairs and umbrella for beach. Hall bath needs some TLC (peeling paint) and up grade”

“This location is great. The only issue I had was the rude maintenance man and the loud club below. The club went on till 3 o’clock in the morning Friday Saturday Sunday. Was a little outdated and a little dusty. But overall I enjoyed our stay we’ll be back.”

“Nice location. Clean but was annoyed that basic items such as trash can liners, paper towels, toilet paper and dish detergent were not sufficient for our stay.”

“Very disappointed in the unit. Had to purchase skillet to cook our meals because the one in kitchen was burned so badly it was unsafe. No soap or cleaning products to clean kitchen. No water pressure in bathrooms. Dirty carpet and no pictures or decoration to bring in feel of the beach. Will not go back”

“The Beach is just across the street !!! Bed in the master is good the twins needs better mattress. It was a good idea to spent the weekend with my daughters. But there’s always a But. Bad experience with the maintenance crew. They have keys and got into the apartment, to remove one broken door, they knocked the door and opened the door 🚪 right away. I called the receptionist to ask what was going on. He replied that the prior occupants reported a broken door. I told him that was incorrect to come and open the door while we were there.”

“We paid for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Unfortunately, because of repair needs, we were only able to use one of the bedrooms completely. We had to make beds on the living room floor and sleep people on the couch. The repairs of nonAC and ceiling issues in one bedroom should be repaired before someone stays there again. The leg on the bed frame in another room needs to be repaired before someone stays there again. There were crumbs and popcorn in the couch and recliner. The bed sheets and towels were thin and rough.”

“Location of travel resorts condo was great! If you’re looking for a beach get away, with easy access to the beach, this is the spot for you! My only problem was that there was no warning of the construction on the property and the price seems a bit steep for the amount of noise you have to endure in the early morning hours. I think it’s slightly unfair to not give a proper warning or adjust the pricing for the extremely loud jackhammers that wake you up in the morning. Another thing I would say is that it seems like this community is geared towards older people. If you are in between the ages of 18-35, I’d maybe stay somewhere else. Other than that, it was a great spot and loved the beach access! Also appreciated that beach gear that was available for us to use.”

“Very nice place perfect location. You need to bring your own beach towels and chairs none provided or any type of soap. Other than that highly recommend.”

“Overall, this condo has a lot going for it—the location is fantastic, the views are beautiful, and the property itself appears to be well maintained. You can tell that care has been put into the upkeep of the unit, which made the cleanliness issues we encountered even more disappointing. Unfortunately, when we arrived after 12:30AM to start our vacation, we were met with bathrooms that had clearly not been cleaned thoroughly. There was hair in the shower drain, as well as on the toilet seats, along with visible urine and what appeared to be blood. In addition, the pillowcases had noticeable stains. It didn’t feel like a lack of maintenance, but rather a rushed or careless cleaning job that was overlooked. (And I addressed at 1am after our flight) It’s frustrating because the condo itself is otherwise very nice and in a great location. However, cleanliness is a basic expectation—especially upon arrival—and starting our stay under those conditions really put a damper on the experience.”
