“We had an amazing stay! This house was the perfect place for our group during our 15th annual scallop trip. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great and made it easy to enjoy our time on the water and come back to unwind each day. Frans was always so kind and responsive! Highly recommend!”

“The location was great, and the host was very responsive. The home looks clean at first glance, but we found hair and crumbs in the fridge, dirty dishes in the cabinets, dust in the bedroom, and crumbs in the couch. This was disappointing since we couldn’t check in until exactly 4 p.m. because the cleaners supposedly needed extra time, despite charging a cleaning fee. There wasn’t even a sponge to wash dishes, the dish soap was watered down, and only one roll of paper towels was provided (the owner did bring another roll and dishwasher pods when asked). Guests are also expected to take their trash to a dumpster across the complex or be charged. For the price, the home felt lacking in basic supplies. We booked this property for the boating amenities, but the listing says it accommodates boats up to 24 feet, and we struggled with our 22-foot boat. The gate won’t fit boats over about a 9’ beam, the ramp is very steep, the slips are short and high, and trailer parking was difficult.”
