“Parking was tight for us as we had two large trucks and a third vehicle that had to park in the street but all in all we really enjoyed the stay, except for the neighbors dog that barked incessantly every time we went outside to enjoy the patio.”

“Really beautiful interior and super convenient to fun things around Asheville. Decent view from the patio. Easy instructions and pretty responsive management company. It is very loud. The concert venue right there played loud music until 1 or 2 in the morning. The cars revving up the hill and all the emergency vehicles' sirens really made it difficult to sleep. We ended up leaving after the first night to find more restful location. Unfortunately the remaining 2 nights were a sunk cost of near a thousand bucks as they would not issue even a partial refund despite that we gave plenty of notice to put the rental back into the available pool for new guests. We were disappointed about that, so be careful with booking a place that's very loud without any chance of recouping the cost.”

“Clean, spacious place in a great little neighborhood. It's not near a whole lot but great for a place to sleep/hang out when in the area for other things. The hot tub was very clean, all set for us. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke throughout; perhaps a former owner was a smoker, it seems quite "baked in" to the whole property. It's very faint.”
