“A beautiful, clean home right on the beach! Better than in the pictures . Perfect location next to Balboa and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. This is our second time working with Tower 17 properties and it won’t be our last! Definitely recommend 😊”

“Amazing location, easy check in. Walking distance from the beach and so many things to do. The inside was quiet and we slept well. The WiFi was slightly spotty which was challenging as someone who works remote. The property management group did send someone out within an hour to check it out though which was much appreciated. Overall great place to stay in Newport!”

“Great location, property was clean, simple, just as described and perfect for going to the beach and relaxing. The host was very responsive, especially when there was an unreasonable noise complaint from a neighbor for simply taking pictures and videos outside during daytime hours.”

“This place was great. It was close to the beach & walking distance to the local restaurants & shops. It is on the corner of a busy street, so there’s lots of traffic, but for the most part was quiet & it felt safe. Would definitely stay here again!”

“I couldn't be happier with my stay. Our family had so much fun and were able to relax too. When we first got there, and we arrived later in the night, it was supper easy to punch in our access code, that the host provided, to get into the home. The house was so clean. It was very inviting, with a cute coastal vibe. I have 20 year old twins, a 19 year old, 14 year old and 12 year old twins, plus my husband and I, everyone one of us loved it and were sad when our vacation ended. The paddle boards were really fun. The kitchen provided plenty of things for us to cook with. Plus we could walk right across the street to the beach. My boys fished off the dock and a little bridge near by. I would definitely stay again.”

“Our stay was okay overall, but there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that future guests should be aware of. The home did not fully match the listing photos, and there were a few items in need of repair, including broken bathroom blinds that affected privacy, a broken bedroom doorknob, and a kitchen chair that was too unstable to use. We also had some difficulty using outlets because plugs would not stay in securely. There were also some cleanliness concerns, including dirty bathroom floors and spiders in different areas of the home. Hopefully these items can be addressed, as the home has potential with some improvements.”
