“We had some issues with the air conditioning. We were there for several hours before it was a comfortable temperature inside. The house was very nice, plenty of space. Nice deck. We were only provided one towel and one wash cloth per person for a two night stay. Extras were provided when requested but not enough for everyone without an extra cost per person. I thought for the price per night the use of the grill and hot tub should be included.”airbnb

“The house was quiet, comfortable beds, and conveniently located for our stay. The only con was that there were electrical issues during our stay that were not fixed until our stay was almost over due to the holiday but Toshi was responsive to getting it fixed.”airbnb

“I would suggest to have enough towels for the number of guests that is stay at the home. We ask for more small towels and large towels. We only got the large towels. I had to go to store and buy my on small towels.”airbnb

“Outside was rougher than I expected, yard was not very well maintained, parking is limited if you have multiple vehicles. However the inside was spacious, updated appliances, showers were great and living bedrooms were spacious. Great deal for the price though.”airbnb

“We could have stayed in hotels for the same price we stayed at this house. We are contractors based in San Antonio and had some work to do for whataburger. We travel all the time. Never experienced bugs like this anywhere. Every room had earwigs on floors walls and ceiling. We figured house had been vacant a while so we bought bug spray and it got worse. There were bugs in the beds crawling on us. One night we were cooking and pots seemed clean. When we poured the pasta out there were 3 earwigs in the pasta. Figured they fell from the vent hood. We went out to eat. We finished our job on Friday and we were supposed to stay till Saturday but we decided to get home at 10pm rather than stay with the bugs. I understand there must have been some sort of swarm but house needs to be sealed up better. We are commercial remodelers and home builders.”airbnb

“I mostly enjoyed my stay here as it was easy to find, felt like a pretty safe neighborhood and the unit itself was cute, clean and supplied everything that I needed. My only complaint is that they contacted me multiple times to remind me of the rules. I know people can be pretty crappy, and I understand the rules must be in place and reinforced as to protect the property. When I booked, I was emailed a contract that I needed to sign separately from Airbnb which initially I had no problem with. I received the email and it was just a list of rules concerning quiet times, not putting things down the disposal or toilet… Smoking rules, etc. I signed it no problem. Then, I was texted a list of rules. OK! Then I received another message through Airbnb, again a reminder of the rules. Then the phone call… Rules! Then I arrived… Rules posted on the door. Rules posted in the bathroom. Rules posted above the sink. I kinda felt like a child that was in trouble.”airbnb

“We mostly enjoyed our stay. The house is older but updated with an odd layout (1 bedroom/2 baths downstairs and 3 bedrooms/1 bath upstairs). Beds were comfortable. We had eleven in our group: 7 adults and 4 kids. The game room had things that helped entertain the kids, but luckily I’d brought board games/cards because they didn’t have those things there. The kitchen was ok, but for our large group there wasn’t enough: No toaster, blender, mixer, or vegetable peeler. I cooked everyday and those items would have made it easier. We also didn’t have kitchen dish cloths and only one hand towel. When I requested more, they said they’d send some, but ultimately didn’t. I informed them that we had non-working lamps and electrical outlets. When I asked to move a working lamp into the bedroom they said not to move the furniture. Also, the water heater couldn’t keep up for a home this size. Overall, house was spacious, but maintenance, water heater and kitchenware could use some improvement.”airbnb
