“This is indeed a charming cabin! My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay here. The appliances are top-notch, from kitchen to bathroom (especially the bathroom!) It's close to town and close to Rainier so it makes a great home base. The cabin was a bit smaller than expected. There was not a lot of space for our luggage and food, so it felt a bit cluttered at times. There is an uncovered window that looks directly onto the bed which I thought unfortunate. I would definitely suggest some sort of privacy screen for future guests. All in all, I would definitely stay here again (and perhaps just plan a little better.)”

“Very charming place with everything one would need and more. The private setting was peaceful. The only thing negative would be for anyone with mobility issues the stairs to the upstairs is very narrow and a bit steep otherwise we loved it! The area was perfect venturing out exploring the Rainier hiking and sites.”

“This cabin had pretty much everything that you could think you might want. Heat, dishwasher, washer and dryer. i was missing a sponge for the kitchen and low on dish soap as we cooked breakfast daily, those were brought over the next day. I made mention of a woodlouse spider in the bathroom and was basically ignored. understand they may not be dangerous but scary it was 2 1/2" in the bathroom sink washed it down and kept a cup over that drain the whole time we were there. This place was reasonably priced and convenient.”

“Great accommodation just 20 minutes outside Mt Rainier. Perfect location, we loved the deck directly on the river. Outside grill was quite dirty, I spend about 30 minutes cleaning it before it was ready to use. Inside quite dated but fine for a couple of nights.”

“Cute, older cabin near the “downtown” of Packwood. Hot tub was great and we enjoyed the area. Just to note - the stairs to the loft are quite steep. Expect rural conditions and some critters!”

“Great location to explore Mt. Ranier NP, spacious for 2 people, appreciated laundry and kitchen was well supplied.”

“Ring doorbell with camera/mic. Alexa unit in living room. What purpose it serves besides listening to us? Inside temps also appears to be a livefeed to the host.(We have similar unit at home, reports to an app). Visit was good enough, would only choose this cabin if limited other choices. Bedroom is TINY, smaller than pics appears. Have to climb over each other. There is a window facing bed that the blinds can't fully close, daylight wakes you up because if this. Remote in bedroom missing batteries. Could not get mini splits to blow warm air, only cold. Couch comfortable enough but right side is broken so couldn't recline and spilt between is big gap in couch. When reclining left side a board dug into your back. Furniture in need of replacement. Deck is wonderful, peaceful.”
