“We had a fantastic stay. Convenient location to explore Mt.Rainier, and very cosy cabin with nice backyard and front porch. We enjoyed stargazing at backyard, and observed multiple elks right by the cabin. We'd definitely want to stay here again if we visit the area!”

“Overall, we had a great stay! Please note that there is no A/C, but the cool nights and fans sure help. The downstairs bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and the cleaning was 95% instead of 100%. But everything was provided and the location was excellent for visiting the south side of Mount Rainier.”

“The house has everything for a comfortable stay except air conditioning. We were very hot and didn’t sleep well. Box fans are provided but are extremely noisy and prevented us for enjoying an evening movie and a sound sleep. For the price of the house, AC should be a part of the home. I didn’t realize how hot the house would be or I would have found another property.”

“The location was great and very convenient, which was definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness of the home was disappointing. There were spider webs throughout the house, several bugs inside, and visible dust in all of the bedrooms. It did not feel like the home had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The property would benefit from a much more thorough cleaning before guests arrive. Overall, the location was good, but the cleanliness needs significant improvement.”

“We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the beautiful location and easy access to Mount Rainier. The area was peaceful and scenic, and the neighbors were very kind. The home has a cozy, rustic feel and was a great home base for our family while exploring the area. We had a wonderful trip and are grateful to have been able to stay here!”

“Good location, close to town and white pass. Only gripe was that the amenities said pool, which we knew it was at the club house. The price seemed a bit steep at $10 per person, especially since we were only able to go in the evening for a couple hours. They even charged me to just sit and watch the kids swim. The house itself was great for our family of 5 to explore the Packwood area.”

“This cabin had pretty much everything that you could think you might want. Heat, dishwasher, washer and dryer. i was missing a sponge for the kitchen and low on dish soap as we cooked breakfast daily, those were brought over the next day. I made mention of a woodlouse spider in the bathroom and was basically ignored. understand they may not be dangerous but scary it was 2 1/2" in the bathroom sink washed it down and kept a cup over that drain the whole time we were there. This place was reasonably priced and convenient.”

“Great accommodation just 20 minutes outside Mt Rainier. Perfect location, we loved the deck directly on the river. Outside grill was quite dirty, I spend about 30 minutes cleaning it before it was ready to use. Inside quite dated but fine for a couple of nights.”
