“The pictures do not do the view justice! I sat out there for hours just soaking it up. We lucked out with a double rainbow and a beautiful sunset. That being said you should be very careful driving up the last half of a mile as it’s incredibly steep and narrow. I wish I could have stayed longer because it actually felt like a vacation :)”

“Overall the cabin was nice, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked as it should. There were a few instances where the cleaning crew missed some things but overall was fairly clean. Our biggest issue was that the door was incapable of locking from the inside. Our toddler could pull the handle and the door would unlock. The door locked fine from the outside.”

“Overall, it was a very nice stay. Great location. The road to the cabin is a little washed out and very steep, but managable. Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing.”

“It had potential, but unfortunately has not been maintained. It appeared abandoned with severely over grown brush & weeds and the pieces of the porch falling off the front. This cabin and the yard need a lot of maintenance. Also, the road up to the cabin is a crazy ride that would be both scary and fun, but instead it is so narrow and overgrown by brush that it scratched up the side of a STANDARD size Chevy truck. Beautiful view but the windows caked with a dirty film. The heart jacuzzi tub did not work but hot tub on the deck did, so that’s positive. Squealing dryer and refrigerator/freezer wouldn’t stay cold so the ice kept melting into a giant block of ice. This was an anniversary trip so we were disappointed.”

“This cabin far exceeded our expectations! The photos provided on the listing were great, but to experience it in person was amazing! The decor was beautiful! You can tell that there was deep thought put into not only the decor but how the cabin was built in general. The kitchen was fully stocked with all dishes, pot and pans, coffee maker, grilling utensils, etc., which is great because we prefer preparing our own meals. There was plenty of towels available and paper products for our stay. There is not an iron and ironing board in the cabin. And the views…just wow!! Absolutely stunning!! This private cabin was everything we were looking for, plus more! And we loved the loft bedroom with stunning views of the mountains! And it’s not far away from the grocery store and all of the tourists areas in Gatlinburg. I do hope that the home being built below this cabin does not affect the views of this home. We will definitely be returning!”

“We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. It was the perfect peaceful getaway, with a great central location close to downtown Gatlinburg and a grocery store, yet still quiet and secluded. The landscaping and decor were beautiful, though communication before arrival could have been better, the bath tub wasn’t working which he told us the parts wouldn’t be in on time for our stay but I was bummed because I was looking forward to relaxing in it and the home could have been cleaner. The hot tub outside wasn’t cleaned and there were spider webs inside around the outside patios. No particular checkout instructions were given but we enjoyed the house overall and would definitely come back again!”
