“We enjoyed our stay at Cherokee Ridge. The hosts were responsive and instructions were clear! The beds were comfortable and check out was smooth. Water pressure in the bathroom was also a luxury. Would stay again :)”

“We stayed 6 days/5 nights in Chilhowee-Big Log Cabin with our 4 kids, dogs, & significant others (20-27) for a family white water rafting getaway. The house was perfect for our group! The beds/bedding were very comfortable. There were tons of bath towels for us all & the shampoo/conditioner/shower soap was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked, although there was only 1 dish towel & cloth, so we used a lot of paper towels. The game room was used a ton, especially the ping pong. The paddles were in pretty sad shape & could probably be replaced but worked & I guess the air hockey wasn't working very well, but the space itself, with an extra beer frig, was great! So many other great things but not enough room here. The customer service is what stood out the most! The Timberroot team was super responsive with answers to questions & if we needed anything repaired/replaced (batteries, a lamp repair, & the air conditioning briefly went out). We would definitely stay here again!”

I ended up locking my phone in the Airbnb that had the code to unlock the door and called their phone number where they were able to help me quickly! There are lots of things to see in the area, and the private hot tub was a great touch. I recommend!”

“Timberroot Rustic Retreat was a beautiful getaway! The adorable cottage was just what we needed, and the morning breakfast was delicious! All the staff were friendly and the whole property was so pretty and cozy! We had an event at Covenant College, and this was the perfect location.”

“We had an amazing stay at this cottage. Everyone was incredibly friendly and responsive if we needed anything or had any questions. The room itself was amazing, beautiful, and very clean. The bed was so comfortable, and we definitely enjoyed the hot tub. The cottage is only a 15min drive from downtown Chattanooga and even a 5min drive to Ruby Falls and Rock City. The location was very convenient for getting around. Also, breakfast was included with our stay, and it was delicious and amazing! In a time when businesses want to give back less and less to customers. I found it very thoughtful that the breakfast was both included and delicious. All types of assortment you could enjoy. Oh, and the sweet-cream homemade vanilla creamer was to die for. Cannot recommend this place enough. My husband and I are planning to come back in the fall, but this time with a longer stay.”
