“This was our second trip to this condo. Perfect and wonderful!!!”

“Generally Matthew's place was okay, but we discovered many roaches/little bugs in the bedrooms and common spaces. There were also grasshopper legs sticking out of the basement drop ceiling tiles and water leak stains on those tiles as well. The outside patio didn't seem to have been used/cleaned in awhile so we stayed inside. The master bathroom had what appeared to be an active moldy water leak above the jacuzzi. The final thing is the place is advertised as sleeping 15 people, but the parking only allows for 2 vehicles per home. This is almost impossible when sleeping 15 people. I have checked the public listing and this detail is not provided until after you book. This should be called out ahead of time as we had to shuffle vehicles around quite a bit to get us and other guests in the same cul-de-sac to fit. It especially made things difficult when we were trying to leave in a timely manner for a wedding.”

“We love staying in Disciples Ridge as it’s the perfect location to enjoy a rest and reset among the trees. The home was perfect for our large group of three families, offering a central location to the places we wanted to visit, enough space (and bathrooms) for everyone to have a bit of down time, but also perfect for being together for meals and evening cards. We would definitely stay again!”

“We had the perfect stay! The house was great, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was amazing. We stayed for a bachelorette weekend and loved being able to walk right downtown to the bars. Would definitely recommend!”

“This is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. When we first walked in, the house appeared extremely clean. We relaxed and settled in our first night. After waking up the next morning, a bed bug was found in one of the beds. We contacted the host, who repeatedly tried to convince us what we found was a tick, even with picture evidence. The host told us if we wanted pest control to come, it would be at our expense. If the host had treated this scenario differently, we would be leaving a much different review. Instead, we are checking out early and headed to a hotel. What a damper on our girls weekend. To anyone who is planning to book this place, bed bugs are present. We also found dirty underwear in one of the drawers in a bed room.”
