“Great little cabin only 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and within walking distance of trails that go into the national forest. Cabin 6 in particular has an amazing view of the river and mountains out of the back windows. I’d stay here again!”

“Loved it! What a fun, cool little community at the outskirts of Breck. We were there just post full, peak color in autumn. The Space was great - nice, fully stocked kitchen: wonderful gas fireplace outside on the deck... We really enjoyed it and would definitely do it again.”

“This rental is part of a larger community of 200+ homes, many of which are rented as airbnb The cabins are small and close together but comfortable, clean and well-supplied Surroundings are quiet and neat Host was very responsive, staff at resort office very helpful and professional It's a fine value for the area, <5 miles from Breckenridge Main St and all it has to offer, fine hiking and skiing opportunities in the area. The main problem is that the listed address gets you to the office, and since there are no street signs past the office, it is Impossible to find assigned unit. Therefore, use airbnb directions to stop at the office and the staff will draw you a map which will get you there. We had a glitch in that the cleaning staff not notifed to clearn the unit, which was a problem in the system When we attempted to sign in, the manager noticed the problem and immediately got to work: we had to wait an unwelcome 90' but the unit was pristine”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Swan River Oasis! The place was comfortable, peaceful, and a great home base for our time in Breckenridge. My favorite part was the creek running right behind the property. It was beautiful and incredibly relaxing to sit outside and listen to the water. It really made the place feel like a mountain getaway. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We only had one complaint that the bed pillows were not great. I know that is a personal preference so they might be fine for others. Tiger Run Resort is beautiful and friendly. We didn’t use the amenities but I’ll be sure to bring my pickleball equipment next time.”

“Cute little cabin! I did have trouble getting the host to respond to my questions via messages and eventually had to call to get information on how to check-in. Other than the lack of communication everything else was smooth and the location was really nice and close to Breck. We had a lovely stay.”

“It was so nice once we got there and the descriptions were accurate. Our frustration was trying to reach them ahead of time before check in day with some questions but we never heard back. They also advertised a phone number on the information they gave us that belonged to someone not associated with the rental unit.”
