“We were locked out for several hours and ultimately had to get a hotel after 3 AM for the 1st night. Once we finally gained access, the AC did not work for 24 hours, and one toilet was unusable and overflowed.”

“Stunning views across all of Downtown Miami. Panoramic views stretching from the Kaseya Center to Brickell. Great complex, free parking, good amenities, 24/7 front desk. The apartment itself had anything you need, for a short stay I would definitely recommend it.”

“I really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect, everything was exactly as shown in the photos, and the gym and pool were a great bonus. I had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!”

“Check in was at 4pm and check out was at 10am, it was too early. WiFi didn’t work well. Place was small for that price but the location was great. Very clean.”

“The apartment was great — clean, modern, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The building also offered excellent amenities, including a swimming pool and a billiards room, exactly as described. We were very satisfied with the apartment. The only minor downside was that the internet connection was sometimes unstable. However, it wasn’t a major issue and did not affect our overall experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.”

“The place was nice , a little small, but for two adults and two kids it was ok. A few hiccups. The previous guest lost the parking pass, so for the first day we had to pay $15 in and out of the parking garage till another one was provided, the host said she’ll reimburse me.The parking garage is a block away not too bad, the apartment isn’t by much, but the court house, jail and police station, literally across the street. The pull out mattress on the couch didn’t have a sheet and was dirty, the spare blanket was dirty, and the wash machine was dirty inside, good thing I brought my own laundry detergent. It was a huge hole on the master bedroom door, and a stain on the diner chair, I let the host know immediately. they didn’t provide enough towels, good thing I read the previous review and brought my own.”

“Charge $100 for early check in. Overall the rooms were nice. It look better on Airbnb in my opinion but it’s in a great location”
