“Great place, just as advertised. I would recommend some type of AC, it was 85 F outside and the unit was pretty hot until after 10pm.”

“We had a very disappointing experience at this property. As soon as we entered, we found broken glass inside the accommodation. One of our group members was injured while cleaning up the glass to make the area safe. We immediately informed the receptionist, but we were told that someone would only come the next morning. After a long day of traveling, this was the last thing not we expect. Safety should be a top priority, and finding broken glass upon arrival is unacceptable. Thankfully, the injury was not serious, but the situation made us feel unsafe and ruined our night. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and we expected much better from this property.”

“Overall the unit matched the description. The biggest issues were that the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the sink was clogged. Otherwise, I'm sure its a good spot when ski season is underway.”

“Good place but at the check out we have asked for extra 30 minutes and they were completely inflexible. We left at 9:55am and waited around for 40 minutes and no cleaning person or anyone showed up at the place. I did talk to a manager and explained the situation and she could not accommodate. I did try to call her boss and never received a call back. For a “luxury” place in snow mass and being the hospitality industry was very surprising with the rude attitude.”

“This place is exactly as described. the upstairs loft is a little small but we were able to fit without problems. there is no AC. but they provide a small table fan. and If you're lucky you might get to see a bear walking outside. we saw one before we checked out.”

“Very nice condo, very clean, bit on an expensive side however this is Snowmass so understandable. What is not mentioned anywhere is that the floor and walls are thin, so every move from neighbors upstairs you will hear. Otherwise very nice stay!”

“The place was great and matched the listing, but our experience was dampened by a few issues. The community amenities closed much earlier than expected, so we weren't able to use them, and we unfortunately found dead mosquitoes in the hot tub. While the house itself was as described, these maintenance and timing details definitely affected our stay.”

“The stay was as expected, except that the description notes pool and hot tub access. When we arrived at 6 pm, we went straight for the hot tub. After 5 minutes, we were told by the staff that the hot tub and pool were closed. This was contradictory to the described pool/hot tub opening hours. It was also a bummer since this was one reason we booked this Airbnb. Lastly, the walls are paper-thin. There were a lot of children next door, so earplugs are recommended.”
