“Wonderful way to enjoy Charleston - Traveling with fashionable young women and they appreciated the lovely thoughtful decor, cozy bedding, the outdoor seating area, proximity to King Street shopping/eating/drinking. Hosts were helpful and responsive. Excellent experience all around! So thankful!”airbnb

“Home was beautiful, just as advertised. Very comfortable. The noise with the construction was my only complaint. We were not made aware this was going on and I know this is not in the homeowners control. There was late night noise and early morning noise. Otherwise, the home was gorgeous and very comfortable.”airbnb

“Our group of 4 (2 couples) had a wonderful stay at this location and could have comfortably fit another couple. The floor plan is perfect for groups, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The kitchen is well-stocked with ample storage space. The entire place was clean and comfortable and we loved spending afternoons out on the porch. The location itself is peaceful, yet remains close to many wonderful stores, bakeries, and restaurants. Highly recommend nearby spots like Holy City Bagels and Spread Bagelry for breakfast, Weltons Tiny Bakeshop and Sugar Bakeshop for sweet treats, and a short walk to Leon’s Poultry & Oyster Shop for lunch. King Street and all of its wonderful local restaurants are within a short walk or rideshare away. Having visited Charleston for over 20 years, with stays in many different hotels and short-term rentals, this is one of the best places I have ever had the privilege of staying. We were already discussing our return trip before we checked out!”airbnb

“Perfectly curated Airbnb that shows identical to the pictures. The rental co was detailed with their check-in instructions. Only reason for 4 stars is asking guests to take the trash out after forking over 1k for a 2 night stay, is an ask from the past. Please stop expecting your guests to work for you when being handsomely compensated for the accommodations.”airbnb

“Do not stay here. Massive construction site right behind unit. We were not informed of this. Pile drivers shaking the unit all day. Noise was off the charts. No response to our written complaints.”airbnb

“Extremely disappointing stay and not what was represented in the listing. There was major construction happening nearby that was never disclosed. Work started around 6:30 AM every day and continued into the late afternoon, with noise and vibrations strong enough to shake the entire condo. Between heavy equipment and constant truck activity (including loud backup alarms), it was impossible to sleep in, nap, or relax during the day. Inside the unit, the condition also didn’t match the price point. Several pieces of furniture were stained, and the towels were low quality and also stained. The plumbing was another issue — using one shower caused the other to suddenly become extremely hot. At over $300 per night, this felt very misleading for the quality and conditions provided. If the nearby construction is ongoing, I would strongly recommend avoiding this property or only planning to be there late at night.”airbnb
