Just booked for a place to sleep with my kids after a concert. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and very easy to come and go. Kitchen was well kept and bathrooms were roomy and nice. Would definitely stay here again. Didn’t have time to check out the pool but maybe next time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely beautiful place! It was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and so well maintained. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience!

The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. However all the rules were pretty annoying.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to the cleanliness of the property. Upon arrival, we noticed loose hair throughout the space, visible stains, and towels that had an unpleasant odor. We reached out to the owners to express our concerns and hoped they would help accommodate the situation, but nothing was done to address the issues or make things right during our stay. Communication lacked urgency and customer care. I would recommend the hosts pay closer attention to cleanliness standards and guest concerns moving forward. Stay elsewhere.

This host is trying to charge me $3,999 for a broken pull-out mattress. First of all, I did not use the pull-out mattress at all, as I could not get it to work. I found some springs upon sweeping while doing regular cleaning to ensure that I left the property in better condition that it was given to me. I just thought I would be a courteous person and leave them just in case they were needed since I did not know where they came from. With that being said, trying to request any additional funds from me is absolutely absurd. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this host as they will try to get you to pay for anything possible to upgrade their dated furniture.

The stay itself was great. Clean room, pool was nice, location was great. My issue is that I inquired about an early check in and was charged from "The Host Co" as well as through AirBnB. So I was double charged. I was insured that The Host Co doesn't charge anything they just schedule through there but I have verified I was charged through both. What should've been $75 ended up being $156.

Place was clean, however, lots of expectations for guests. Like taking out your own trash all the way downstairs and across the parking lot to the dumpster if it is a Friday/Saturday night or the valet trash did not come. Parking space is also very tight and makes it hard to get out of your car so make sure your car is no bigger than a mid size vehicle! If you like a more structured stay this is definitely the place for you, if you want a more cozy inviting vibe, then probably not!

Booked this unit for the advertised heated pool and smoke‑free community, but neither lived up to expectations. After check-in and making a quick trip to the airport, the unit smelled like marijuana upon our return. The smell returned the next day but wasn't a problem the rest of the stay. The pool was closed for the first two days of our stay. Although the host said it was out of their control, the maintenance worker mentioned the pool had been shut down multiple times recently. When the pool finally opened on day three, it was not heated. The unit also showed poor maintenance: missing outlet covers, dirty floors and ceiling fans, hair found on pillows and bathroom floor, broken blinds, a non‑working lamp, taped broken glass on a dresser and a bed setup consisting of a frame and mattress with a 1/4 inch piece of plywood wedged in between for support. The piece of plywood had exposed screws pointing away from the mattress. Communication was poor and not proactive.
