“Up two flights of stairs - no elevator. Cozy apartment great for a quick visit to the area. Pool area was lovely for relaxing in the evenings.”

“Our stay here was awesome it felt like home thats for sure. The only downfall was the microwave was not working. But other than that the location was awesome its close to anything you would need.”

“Host provided clear instructions for an easy check in. Great , private location. Only issue was the giant roach that we found by the one of the bathrooms. Also noted the shower flooring was slightly slipper, would recommend maybe an anti slip mat in there for older guests. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay!”

“We had a good stay at this location, the house has all the amenities and the shared condo pool was nice. The location was a 15 min drive to the Mayo hospital, and 20 mins to the Mayo clinic so it was convenient for that. The only downsides were the coffee was not great, pillows were a bit uncomfortable and late checkout request was going to cost $30/hr through their external portal. This is clearly a big Airbnb operation - so it comes with a lack of personal touch or flexibility.”

“We stay at Airbnb's a lot. This one is in a great location and has a really nice swimming pool, so we took a chance. Below is a list of what we thought were the issues we had with it. - no glass drinkware. - stains on bedroom sheets. No offer to drop off clean sheets. Oh use the old gray ones in the closet. - old worn-out pots and pans Teflon clearly scratched. - cheap garbage knives. - front lock key pad didn't work. - crack in the tub grout against the wall. - mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. - smoke detector battery ran out and started chirping. Host was notified and did nothing. We contacted the host about all these things right away and they did nothing. Offered no solutions. We pick Airbnbs over hotels so we can cook. There was no cooking supplies, no backup roll of paper towels. No kleenex, cheep toilet paper. The kitchen had brand new appliances. Never used. A wine fridge and great fridge. A blizzard mix of things that dont work together.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to the cleanliness of the property. Upon arrival, we noticed loose hair throughout the space, visible stains, and towels that had an unpleasant odor. We reached out to the owners to express our concerns and hoped they would help accommodate the situation, but nothing was done to address the issues or make things right during our stay. Communication lacked urgency and customer care. I would recommend the hosts pay closer attention to cleanliness standards and guest concerns moving forward. Stay elsewhere.”

“This host is trying to charge me $3,999 for a broken pull-out mattress. First of all, I did not use the pull-out mattress at all, as I could not get it to work. I found some springs upon sweeping while doing regular cleaning to ensure that I left the property in better condition that it was given to me. I just thought I would be a courteous person and leave them just in case they were needed since I did not know where they came from. With that being said, trying to request any additional funds from me is absolutely absurd. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this host as they will try to get you to pay for anything possible to upgrade their dated furniture.”

“The stay itself was great. Clean room, pool was nice, location was great. My issue is that I inquired about an early check in and was charged from "The Host Co" as well as through AirBnB. So I was double charged. I was insured that The Host Co doesn't charge anything they just schedule through there but I have verified I was charged through both. What should've been $75 ended up being $156.”
