The Newport Lofts

“We have been coming to Newport the last 4 years (approximately 12 visits) while my daughter was a student at Salve Regina. We were there for her graduation and wanted someplace special and this was it. This is the absolute best stay during that time period. The pictures provided in the listing do not do it justice, the kitchen/living room is very large and accommodating and the bedrooms are big and nicely appointed. The real stars are the 4 decks. Particularly the deck outside of the master bedroom (large with ample seating and a table) and the crows next which is a spiral staircase from the master bed with views of Newport, the bay, the bridge and sunsets. Just perfect. It is located just outside of the main happenings on Thames street which is perfect because it is a short walk to the fun but the fun isn't right on top of you when trying to sleep. Reached out to the management for some simple questions and they responded very quickly so communication is great as well.”

“Our stay was perfect. The location was just amazing; walking distance to so many fantastic bars, restaurants and shops. Not to mention the water close by. The house was immaculate and just as described in the listing. Clear instructions and the ease of check in made it even better. Highly recommend.”

“Our family gathered in Newport for our Daughter's graduation from Salve Regina. Chris's place was just perfect for us. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Three bedrooms each with their own bathrooms! Centrally located so we could walk to visit local shops and restaurants. Parking spaces were provided in the lot adjacent to the loft apartment and it made parking so easy. “Location location location location location location to everything NEWPORT… remember…. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION BESIDES IT WAS BEAUTIFUL, VERY CLEAN, good price, including parking ! Nothing is more important than LOCATION ! Jackie responded in minutes to our apartment to help this old man understand the T.V. ! And also gave us our best recommendations for food fun and everything we needed. THANK YOU 🙏🏻 Jackie ! Everything here was exceptional. We are spoiled New Yorkers and don’t settle on QUALITY. This is our new Vacation Destination. I will only go there if I have a CENTER OF TOWN location, because now I know those wonderful apartments looking down on everyone and everything are available. It was an amazing time to just sit on my balcony and watch the Jones walk by with envy of our (temp) home of course. We never moved our car, why would you. NEWPORT LOFTS …………………….. I Love You 😘 ….. “This was an amazing experience. One of the best AirBnB’s I have ever stayed in. The space itself was beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and well-lit with gorgeous skylights. You have everything you need, without feeling cluttered. The kitchen was outstanding. The 2 bedrooms were huge, as were the 2 baths, and as 2 single women traveling together, we loved the privacy this gave us. The parking spots are a HUGE bonus as parking is so expensive and difficult. We used the washer/dryer, and were so glad for it. Finally, the location is perfect – you literally can walk to dozens of shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs, the mansions, etc. It is a very short drive to beaches & parks. The only minor drawback is street noise, especially on Saturday night, but we expected that and prepared for it. That is a minor issue compared to the fantastic experience. The host was excellent, and check-in/check-out were seamless – communication with the host was outstanding! We will definitely be back!”

“Absolutely loved our stay!! So convenient to everything we needed for a wedding weekend, with shuttles picking up at Americas Cup Inn. Fabulous shopping, great restaurants, and walkable to places we wanted to go. Can't wait to come back! Host was so easy to communicate with!!”

“Chris's place was beautiful. Loved the kitchen, living area was very open, bathrooms were large, beds were so comfortable. Three of us went. It was so nice to each have our own bedroom and private bathroom. The location was awesome. walking distance to restaurants and shops. The only negative thing was that there was construction going on right outside the condo. The workers started at 6:30am the first day and 7:00am the second day. There was nothing Chris could do about that. Maybe a head's up.”
