Beautiful home in a great location. Pool was nice and secluded. Lots of privacy and a great view.

Overall great place. Internet was sketchy and they promptly sent over a technician however the issue remained.

This home rental was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautiful, spotless, and very nicely decorated with great attention to detail. It was the perfect place for our family to stay. comfortable and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay. This appears to be a spec home that the management company is trying to rent out while seeking a buyer, so you won't get the feeling of being in "someone else's" home, which was a plus for us. It is nestled in the Hollywoodland hills among many architecturally majestic, quirky and whimsical houses. The amenities are clean and new, if somewhat inexpensively furnished, but who can blame them. Nice touches, like branded toiletries and Nespresso coffee pods, give you the sense of staying in a resort. The main disappointments were (1) learning after signing the rental agreement that heating the small pool came with an additional exorbitant daily charge that we refused to pay; (2) being asked to sign a "Showing clause" that would have allowed prospective buyer showings during our short stay, which we also refused without too much pushback; and (3) being denied use of the elevator despite our age and the many stairs. Just a little caveat emptor.

Beautiful house in a lovely residential neighborhood that’s still walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants! Would absolutely stay here again!

Overall the house is great, the faucets needed to be ran for a few minutes before using them because brown water came out for a moment. The pool and sauna were beautiful, although when we checked in around 7pm the gardener popped in and scared us but he was just cutting the grass. Cute comfortable rooms but does seem like a converted older home. You cannot get any connection 5 mins heading to the property and WiFi is spotty

Everything was beautiful and matched the photos. The only downside was the housekeeping service. I was paying around USD 300 per day, which included housekeeping, but the cleaning staff only made the beds, took out the trash, and washed the dishes. The floors were never swept or vacuumed, the tables were not wiped down, and no actual cleaning was done. In my opinion, they simply tidied things up rather than properly cleaning the villa. Considering the price, USD 300 per day is far too expensive for what was essentially a basic touch-up service. There was also an additional charge for changing the bed sheets, which made the service feel even less worthwhile. Overall, I do not think it was worth the cost. But overall the villa was beautiful and very well equipped, recommended !

Maimon canceled one hour before check in. Raquel said the AC was broken, a window was stuck open, and two toilets were clogged. We said we’d deal with it while they fixed it because we really didn’t want to have to move. They wouldn’t let us go to the home. Instead they said we had to go to another place (which was a beautiful home) but we would have to move after two nights. They promised to take care of the entire move. Raquel said it would be seamless and smooth and that she would be with us every step of the way. She promised that the concierge team would take care of everything. When it came time for the move, they sent over one guy in a hatchback. We had bags for five people, groceries and other items. We couldn’t reach Raquel or Josh, who told us to call him if we needed anything. They didn’t answer texts or calls. Then they ordered an Uber to move our bags. Long story short, we spent the entire day dealing with a chaotic move. Home was nice but lots of maintenance issues.

An absolutely terrible home; leaking bathroom, leaking fridge, an AC unit that cannot keep up even late into the night. You can talk the talk but they don’t walk the walk. We’re leaving early and supported by AirBNB for the poor conditions. Don’t book this house.

People rely on AI and videos rather than communication from locally staffed employees. Everything ran from an iPad and the iPad wasn't clear. The lights stayed on all night and even the repairman who came many hours later had to go through a lot to figure it out. The heater stayed on in the basement making using the theater impossible. And the pool didn't heat up to 80 making it impossible to use also. Finally, Maimon accommodated us with a late check out. However they failed to tell us there was an open house. That said not only were we rushed out rudely, but the house was dirty to whoever was showing. Also air bnbs prices are cheaper than what's on the Maimon website. Seems like they are trying to have barely anyone working there and it shows. Remote people taking calls during emergencies and lack of Communication made this not enjoyable.
