The Lofts on Clematis
4.76Visit website
The Lofts on Clematis's guest rating of 4.76 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The Clematis exceeded every expectation! 🌟 It is rare to find a place this well-maintained. The 'white glove' test is real here—my brand-new house shoes stayed perfectly clean the entire time. The linens were fresh, the space was huge, and that view? Absolutely divine. I’m already planning my next stay. This is officially my go-to spot! And my little doggy truly enjoyed this place while it was thriving with nightlife it was also very peaceful and quiet. 10/10 recommendation!”airbnb

“We had a truly enjoyable stay in the heart of Clematis. I can’t imagine a more perfect location if you are looking to stay in West Palm Beach for a few days. The studio was clean, spacious and better than described, not to mention the view from my room which was unbelievable. Overall, our experience was amazing and we look forward to visiting again soon.”airbnb

“The Lofts on Clematis was a great value stay. Conveniently located downtown on Clematis, there's a bustline night life scene, easy access to both Flagler and Dixie, and a great 10-15 minute walk to CityPlace. Will certainly stay again!”airbnb

“The unit itself was fine and mostly as expected, aside from a broken shower nozzle. However, the experience was negatively impacted by poor communication and unprofessional service from the host, Manuel. Check-in was frustrating—we had to wait a long time for the access code, and after multiple follow-ups, we were told to send ID before receiving it, which wasn’t communicated in advance. Even after sending it, there was still a delay in response. The next day, Manuel messaged us in an accusatory tone claiming “four men” entered our unit, which was completely inaccurate and unsettling, as it was just the two of us with no visitors. Didn’t care to confirm that it was the unit next door before messaging us, which was extremely scary to be told. At checkout, we were told we could store our bags in a staff room, but it was locked with no one available to help. Overall, the space was fine, but the service was disorganized, slow, and unprofessional.”airbnb

“There was no windows in the apartment that you could see out of. It was dark and felt like a dungeon. We did not enjoy being inside of the apartment because there were workers in the hallway on the phone saying our apartment number and watching our every move. We were threatened to be charged more because we had two friends come over for 5 minutes while we changed shoes. My friends and family are all from Palm beach so it was unfortunate that we felt like we had to have our two friends wait in the street while we changed shoes. We paid a lot for this small and dark apartment to feel like we were being spied on.”airbnb

“The Lofts on Clematis is the complete opposite of what AIRBNB stands for. This is definitely one of my worst travel experiences in the past 15 years that I have had. Mainly to do with the service provided by Diana (apparently said she’s the owner of the property). She should NOT be working in hospitality or in the service industry. In summary: 1. Worst check in experience. I arrived at the lofts at 2:30pm-3:00pm and was told to come back after 4pm. Which is understandable. When I came back around 6pm no one was available to help us. Apparently, Diana had left for the day & no one else was there to help. Diana then demanded I take a picture of my drivers license and text it to her. Highly suspicious & very unprofessional. AIRBNB told me not to send any documentation to her, eventually about an hour later of waiting in the lobby I had no choice but to take a picture of my drivers license & text it to her in order to allow me permission into the unit. AC unit did not work. Smell…”airbnb

“My state here was horrible. I was being racial profile and accused of smoking inside of the unit and being harassed to pay $500 when there was no proof of me smoking inside of the unit no smoke detectors went off no residue of any sort. No nothing just being racially profiled”airbnb
