“Ok, I have a lot to say about this place - I'll start by saying I really did enjoy my time at this location. I spent about 6 weeks here working on a project that I would walk to every day. I feel like the location, the price I paid and the actual apartment itself was all great. A few things that didn't really bother me, but people should know: -There is Hollywood riff-raff that gathers across the street from the building and apartment windows that could make people uncomfortable. It's important to say I never felt unsafe however. -The apartment doesn't have any dressers to store small clothing long term. Odd for a long term apartment. -Towels in the shower were small and thin. Might need to buy some if that's important to you. -There is no functional desk. Package deliveries were easy. I always had a delivery either at my door or in the lobby with 24/7 security. Overall I loved this place and will absolutely stay here again for my next project if it's available to rent again.”

“BEWARE! This is right next to a drug park where homeless and addicts walk by all day and all night. It’s always loud noise outside and trash in front of the unit. The Line Collection will request random amounts of money from you and when you don’t pay them, they will just steal it from you by any means necessary. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!”
