The Line Collection
4.53Visit website
The Line Collection's guest rating of 4.53 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This place was the perfect place for a 2 month stay. I was able to walk to work and felt comfortable in my own place.”airbnb

“Photos don't show that there's a locked door connecting you to another unit. Privacy is nonexistent as smells and noises come straight through. Check-in: Wrong entry code was provided. Host did not pick up the phone for their emergency line, responded hours later. Location: I wouldn't have booked this if I realized where it was. It's off of Hollywood Blvd where the walk of fame is, so vehicle and pedestrian traffic sucks. Noise: Next unit neighbors extremely loud at all hours of night Cleanliness: Bathroom curtain was moldy, constant smell of weed and smoke from next unit. Amenities: Listing makes it clear that they don't provide anything. All they have is furniture and a couple of towels, so you'll be spending quite a bit of your own money to get settled in. Bedding is lacking too. No blanket, only a thin sheet. WiFi went out for the last week. You have to pay a lot for laundry. Parking: No parking provided, as mentioned in the listing. You will not be able to get permit parking”airbnb

“I had an extremely disappointing stay at this Airbnb. When I arrived, the comforter had what appeared to be blood or red wine stains on it, which was very unsettling. My unit frequently smelled of cigarettes or marijuana coming from neighboring units. When I told maintenance, they said they could not do anything about other residents’ behavior. The noise level was extremely disruptive — both from other residences and from cars on the street. Pool and shrubbery maintenance started around 7:30 a.m., making it difficult to sleep in or get any real rest after noisy nights. The biggest issue was the late-night partying. Other tenants during the work week would throw loud, raucous parties starting as late as 3:00 a.m. and going until 6:30 a.m. When I contacted building management, I was told to call the police because there was nothing they could do. Over the course of the entire month, I only had about five peaceful nights. Overall, this was not a restful or comfortable stay.”airbnb

“Came in place was filthy. Food left in the sink catcher. Floor was sticky. Table after one wipe with a paper towel was black. Left a dirty sponge. Broken soap dispenser. Shower catcher was full of stinky hair. One half working fan in the room. Water leaked from the ceiling into a light fixture. Major hazard. Host was slow to respond. Host was trying their best but seemed like they never even seen the place in years. I appreciate that they tried to fix some things and gave a partial refund. I would recommend against this location at this cost. Make it >40% cheaper and it was worth it. Otherwise look elsewhere!”airbnb

“Perfect long term stay in Los Angeles! Parking is very safe and convenient and the apartment is spacious.”airbnb

“The bed was unmade when I arrived, so it probably hadn't been changed after the previous guest; I had to buy a set of bedding so I could sleep. The apartment could have used a general cleaning, but otherwise it was fine. We were separated from the neighbors by just a door, so we could hear each other more clearly than we would with regular neighbors. Otherwise, it matched the description, and the photos are accurate.”airbnb

“Spot looks clean and could be a nice stay . But the host is non responsive after you book. You spend money and then never receive information or check in details . Myself and the support team Contacted them for a day and 1/2 . The had to reimburse me for a last minute hotel stay and then refunded me my entire amount . I’m happy air bnb support helped with that but the inconvenience of having to find another spot quick and more money was frustrating. So book at Risk!! Smh”airbnb

“BEWARE! This is right next to a drug park where homeless and addicts walk by all day and all night. It’s always loud noise outside and trash in front of the unit. The Line Collection will request random amounts of money from you and when you don’t pay them, they will just steal it from you by any means necessary. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!”airbnb
