“Really nice place, clean.”

“Unfortunately, our stay got off to a rough start. After a long day of traveling, we arrived and found out that the apartment we had reserved was already occupied by other guests. The front desk employee was very kind and helpful and did his best to find another apartment for us. The replacement apartment was not clean when we arrived, so we had to wait again while it was cleaned. It also had several personal belongings and large boxes throughout the bedrooms and living room, which made the space feel a bit uncomfortable. Some of the lights were not working and were never fixed during our six-day stay. We also never received the welcome kit mentioned in our reservation. Despite these issues, we enjoyed spending time with our family. The property itself is nice and in a great location. With better organization, cleanliness, and maintenance, this could be a much better experience.”

“This condo is just ok. It's old and outdated. So definitely not worth the $400+ a night, even during holiday period. Cheapest toilet paper and paper towels that you can buy. You don't even get tissues. The A/C did work great. Short walk to beach. Nice view.”

“We enjoyed our stay! Place is within walking distance to the beach and about 8 min to crab island. I would definitely stay here again only downside is that host didn’t respond when we had questions but front desk made up for it. Huge shout out to Alan the beach attendant!!!! Will be booking here again soon!”

“Beautiful area, but we will not stay here again. First, They only provided 2 sets of towels each person, 4 of us (laundry room on site), and after sending a message to the host, no response so no new towels until Linen Exchange day (Tues & Thur). We stayed Fri-Fri Second, The trash chutes were full for the first few days. They are located in the stair wells so we had to walk around the garbage repeatedly. And finally, The master bathroom needs updated!! Felt like a motel back in the 80’s. The beach chairs w umbrella were nice. The pools would have been nice too but too many unattended children rough housing. Watching them from the balcony and telling them repeatedly to stop is not technically “watching” them. Food was thrown from the balconies down to the pool area as well. For the money we spent, we should have stayed somewhere else.”

“The place is exactly as pictured and walkable to the beach. It was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed and appreciated the complementary umbrella and 2 chairs at the beach, it was the cherry on top. The kitchen has everything you need minus spices, coffee, and condiments so be sure you buy if you plan to cook anything. The host also did not ever answer me when I had a question before our trip despite messaging multiple times asking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend staying here if you’re looking for something close to everything that is affordable.”
