“We stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was the perfect location! We were able to walk to most things. There’s tons of shopping in the area and great restaurant options. The house was as described and decorated beautifully. Would recommend for large groups! The host was very helpful and responsive as well.”airbnb

“Great place to stay, would recommend! Only nit picks are that the AC set up is a little wonky and host responses could’ve been a bit quicker.”airbnb

“We had a really great stay here! The place was clean, easily accessible, and in a great neighborhood. The only feedback is that it could have been a bit more advertised that the place was right behind another house so the only view from the porch was the back of another house, which had construction and maintenance supplies piled up. This didn’t really impact our stay but was using this house to get ready for my wedding so was hoping to have a slightly better backdrop. Aside from that, the place is wonderful and would recommend for most stays.”airbnb

“A group of 17 of us stayed here for a friends birthday and it was the perfect house for all of us. Plenty of space, multiple kitchen areas, tons of bathrooms, everyone felt like they had their own space. Walkable to king street and all the restaurants/bars, or a quick uber ride. Host was very accommodating and response to all our questions; even allowed us to drop off our bags a few hours before check in so we didn’t have to drag them around town until check in. This is the perfect house for any large group coming to Charleston.”airbnb

“This was the worst communication I’ve ever had as an Airbnb guest in over 10 years. The AC broke and wasn’t fixed for almost two days, the owner never responded after repeatedly asking for a refund for the top unit we were unable to use.”airbnb

“The apartment was spacious, with a porch to sit out on, in a fun neighbourhood. The stay itself was good, but the aftermath left a bad taste. The first day we got woken up by repair work on the property, two hours ahead of schedule, and generally communication was a little off during the stay, but it wasn't a big deal... until we accidentally left a wallet behind on check out. Totally our mistake, and we were very apologetic and grateful to them for finding it. Literally dozens of messages and phone calls later, we were a bit less grateful - the whole process became increasingly stressful, and it ended up taking weeks to recover our property. To be fair, they did ultimately apologise, but it means I can't give the hosts five stars.”airbnb
