The design, cleanliness, and host response was awesome! First night water wouldn’t get hot, but they fixed it right away. The bath tub was awesome after that. The parking situation is sketch. You have to register every 24 hours exactly at the time you first registered it. If you’re busy and have a forgetful mind you’ll be sorry. I got towed. $300 down to the drain. This is the only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars. Thanks so much for hosting me.

This was one of the worst Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The property was not clean,floors were dirty, cupboard doors had visible grime, and carpets were torn and stained. We also encountered cockroaches and spiders, and one was found in a bed. The kitchen setup was frustrating. Cupboards were labeled (e.g., “4 plates”), but the contents didn’t match. The dishes and flatware were cheap and mismatched, and basic supplies like dish soap and enough towels were not provided. There were also maintenance issues. When the jetted tub was turned on, debris came out of the jets. One unit lacked hangers and drawers. Safety was a concern for older guests (70s–80s). There were no grab bars in the showers or near the tubs, making entry and exit difficult. Accessing the garage required stairs just to open it, and the front door did not feel secure. Area felt unsafe, noise, glass, parking blocked. Overall, overpriced and poorly maintained. I would not recommend.

The process to get into the house is a beating. I’ve stayed at over 100 bnbs and this place was extra. Extra paper work…. Extra deposit…. Numerous calls and DM’s just to get the key to enter, it makes it almost not worth it.

The worst Airbnb I have EVER stayed in. The location was not near where it was marked on the map when we booked. There was a severe noise issue from the club right behind them. The 2nd night starting at about 8pm there was a loud, thumping bass that shook the house & made it impossible to sleep. It was still going at 5:30 the next morning. The owners said they let us know about it after we booked. Honestly, I never saw that & with the abundance of info they sent I'm sure it was hidden somewhere. The photos of the place are great but inside it's obvious it hasn't been kept up. The towels they gave us were old like they had been used for at least a decade. They were gross. Don't book this place. Airbnb only gave back part of our money when we left and got hotel rooms. We were still out almost $850 for hotels and car rental we had to get because of how far away the place was from where we had thought it was. This is my last Airbnb, I'm done. There is no oversight.

The location was convenient for our stay near the hockey arena. The ice machine doesn’t work in the freezer, and the hot tub heat turned off after our first night. We received an automated response but never any solution for the next two days. The water pressure in the master bath tub was very low. The noise in the middle of the night from a nearby club was nearly unbearable, vibrating the walls. They did supply ear plugs so maybe they’re aware of this. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
