“The house was very comfortable and as described. There were 8 couples. Plenty of places to all sit to eat and spacious. The home had plenty of amenities for cooking. We enjoyed the outdoor area as well.”

“The location was great. ISSUES: -The house smelled of mildew. -There were several areas of mold/mildew on the ceiling and around AC vents. -The rug at front door was very sandy. -The towels and bedding did not smell freshly washed. -The kitchen needs new pots and pans as the coating is coming off in your food. -The kuerig was broken. -There were bare wires under kitchen cabinets where lights were supposed to be. -The beam above the front door was loose and that is the structure that holds the top porch on, so the top porch would move when we walked on it(unsafe). -screws sticking up all over the porch -the staircase gate was screwed shut so we could not use it...could only use the ramp. -latch on ramp gate broken -cabinet pulls missing -shower door handle missing -TV upstairs no cable or antenna(no use) -no vent hood so house got smoky when cooking -numerous roaches(big and small) - picnic table needs paint All in all house needs some TLC. Definitely not worth the money”

“Place was huge, perfect for our large family. Two kitchens and two living areas were great. Location was awesome, short walk to the beach. The property did lack some items that would have created a more comfortable stay. On arrival random trash around the property, in the house, on the deck. Felt unclean. Partially eaten donut on balcony. No blackout curtains as described however one room did have pieces of what appeared to be a shower curtain randomly stuck to the door. Not all doors locked and others did not open at all. Kitchens had some utensils but fairly random and neither kitchen individually had everything a kitchen would need. Lots of going upstairs to find stuff in the second kitchen. Only one kitchen towel. One bath towel and hand towel Per bed. No extras. No mats for bathroom floors. No shampoo, soap in bathrooms. One broom for entire house. Bunk beds are high, 3 high to be exact. No railings Several outlets in house do not work. Overall nice and roomy.”

“Our group had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this beach house! The home is perfect for big groups with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower which was very convenient after coming back from the beach. The 2 spacious living rooms with twin beds also provided extra sleeping space, and having 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms made everything very easy for our group. The beach is just a short walk away, which was very convenient. The AC worked great, and there were plenty of towels and wash cloths for us. The kitchens were very well stocked with plates, cups, glasses, utensils, cookware, a coffee maker, spices, and even a rice cooker (which we didn’t use, but was available). We also loved the beautiful beach-themed decor throughout the house. It really gives a relaxing beach vibe and makes it feel like a true beach vacation. The home was clean and spacious. This home was a wonderful place for our church group getaway and we recommend this place for large groups.”
