“This was a great stay, right across the beach. Best part was guaranteed parking space which was what I specifically was looking for in a location near Hollywood. It is very walkable. The kitchen had pots, pans, plates, cups and practical essentials. Everything including TV and AC was in great working condition. The bed had clean white sheets but I recommend bringing your own towels. The space felt private and peaceful. I did enjoy working remotely at this location as well. Included beach chairs which was appreciated. Hosts were very responsive and friendly, with local recommendations, I felt safe.”

“Perfect spot for a little beach getaway. Close to so much. Walkable and easy to access. Cute, clean and comfy studio with everything needed. Loved the proximity to the beach and the hosts were great with responsiveness. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Was ok. Fairly clean however, host could do minor repair on window panels to avoid bugs from entering. More of a 3 star place”

“The building is in disrepair, with precarious stairs, window ACs, grimy grounds, vagrants in the vicinity and a lockbox that didn't work upon agreed arrival time. Once inside, we found that one of the tiny unit's bed was stripped to a stained mattress and no sheets were available. The host was slow to respond after the reservation was made and highly unprofessional. Safety issues reported to the platform, including the broken door frame which precluded the door from closing. The lock box stopped working shortly after arrival and we were locked out outside the unit with our small child alone inside.”

“Bring your own plug for the tv connection, door locks but it does not close completely (gap with door frame), basically no cooking utensils and insufficient silverware. Don’t expect any quick support or flexibility checking in/out. Bbq grill is far away at another building. Friendly cleaning staff.”

“Great location but dirty inside, very old, the cheapest soap possible, and could use a deep clean as there was a insect smushed on the ground with dirty baseboards, and dirty fridge. Not worth the price, and doesn't honor late checkouts.”
