“We had a great stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The area was also fantastic, with a great location and easy access to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Beautiful home! It truly felt like a little vacation away from home. I’m from the area and recently had to stay here for a few days due to my home getting flooded. It was so nice to be in a calm setting and having a separate area for the kids to play as well as all the entertainment outside, especially the hot tub. That was definitely the highlight of every evening to wind down”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was so clean and had everything we needed. The backyard pool was also clean, well maintained, and felt like a hidden little oasis! Easy 5 minute walk to the beach, peaceful neighborhood, and close to so many restaurants and stores. We couldn't have asked for anything better.”

“Unfortunately, our stay was very concerning, primarily due to security and communication issues. Our first night, the door code provided did not work. We were willing to overlook that, but the following day we were told someone would be coming to the property to look at the floors. We had not been given notice and explained that we were uncomfortable with anyone entering while our belongings were inside. Later, I returned alone and saw a man walking from behind the house with his truck parked in front. I did not feel safe getting out, so I drove around until he left. When I called the host, she could not tell me who he was and said “nobody should be there.” When we went inside, doors we had closed were open and lights we had turned off were on. We cannot say for certain who had been inside, but it was extremely unsettling. We asked the host to change the door code, but the original code was never deactivated. Both codes continued to work, which we have video documentation of.”

“Great location and place to stay. House was clean and pretty. We had a comfortable and great stay with our two little ones. The only downfall was at the end. We requested a late checkout. They said they could accommodate that for a small fee. We paid the fee and then not even 5 minutes after they took our money they came back and said “sorry we can’t accommodate a late checkout we need you out in an hour and a half.” That was what honestly brought this review down. They gladly took our money without verifying they could accommodate us. We had to rush to get everything and my kids packed up and killed our last day there and now it will be 3-5 business days before I get my money back. Great place to call home for a vacation but if you need anything extra make sure you let them know well in advance and pay in advance so they can’t turn back around on you 5 minutes after you pay them.”

“For as many people as we had in our group it fit all of us. Just in need of soon TLC and maintenance on AC.”

“The house is very cute and clean. It worked for us and not too far from the beach. The fenced yard is really great for kids. The only issue we had was with the fold out couch and not having a full set of sheets, pillows. I did communicate this with the contact. We were told sheets would be ordered and brought over but never received them. Unfortunately we left a few days early since we felt cramped with our three kids. To truly advertise this space as another bed it just needs proper bedding. Otherwise the house is great, clean, comfortable.”

“The inside of the house was very nice. It had everything you would need. But the grill outside was absolutely filthy. And we could not use the hot tub at all because that was filthy and the owner sent a spa company to clean it and they didn’t totally clean it and it never did get filled in enough time for us to use it.”

“The pool was filled with algae blooms, unusable from the day we arrived at this “pool paradise”. The pool guy came three times, twice unannounced and shocked the pool so we could not use it at all, the entire trip. We asked to be moved to a place with a pool but were ignored. The shower offered no privacy as the window privacy film has worn off and had a clear view to the backyard. There was mold in the shower as well. The entire place had almost an inch of dust. There were rats running along the fence in the backyard at night. This place could be very cute with just a bit of TLC and basic maintenance, it is unfortunate. We have been offered less than one nights compensation and a coupon as the owner and Airbnb continue to play games.”
