“The house is very cute and clean. It worked for us and not too far from the beach. The fenced yard is really great for kids. The only issue we had was with the fold out couch and not having a full set of sheets, pillows. I did communicate this with the contact. We were told sheets would be ordered and brought over but never received them. Unfortunately we left a few days early since we felt cramped with our three kids. To truly advertise this space as another bed it just needs proper bedding. Otherwise the house is great, clean, comfortable.”airbnb

“The pictures looked a lot nicer than the actual place. There is a lot of maintenance and deep cleaning needed here. I did like that John Taylor Park is a short walk away.”airbnb

“The inside of the house was very nice. It had everything you would need. But the grill outside was absolutely filthy. And we could not use the hot tub at all because that was filthy and the owner sent a spa company to clean it and they didn’t totally clean it and it never did get filled in enough time for us to use it.”airbnb

“It was a secluded, clean, relaxing place! Great for older people, looking for a getaway! 4/5⭐️”airbnb

“Beautiful home and we had a wonderful stay overall. The only issue was a miscommunication regarding early check-in. A few days before our trip, we reached out and were told that early check-in would be complimentary and that we could provide our arrival time on the day of check-in. However, when we contacted the host that morning, we were informed that a $50 fee would apply. The host apologized and explained that a new early check-in policy had gone into effect the day before our arrival. While the situation was handled professionally and courteously, it was a bit disappointing given the information we had received beforehand. Aside from that, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay.”airbnb

“The pool was filled with algae blooms, unusable from the day we arrived at this “pool paradise”. The pool guy came three times, twice unannounced and shocked the pool so we could not use it at all, the entire trip. We asked to be moved to a place with a pool but were ignored. The shower offered no privacy as the window privacy film has worn off and had a clear view to the backyard. There was mold in the shower as well. The entire place had almost an inch of dust. There were rats running along the fence in the backyard at night. This place could be very cute with just a bit of TLC and basic maintenance, it is unfortunate. We have been offered less than one nights compensation and a coupon as the owner and Airbnb continue to play games.”airbnb

“This was a very nice place, we would definitely stay again. The beds were very comfortable, the appliances were fancy. I loved that they supplied beach toys, chairs and towels! It was great, the kids really enjoyed the space also. I did have a few issues. The drain in the mater bedroom was clogged with hair really bad, when the littles showered it flooded the bathroom. We cleaned the drain out. The hosts notified us of the clogged drain 2 hrs before arriving that a plumber would be there before or right when arriving, they never came. I found a couple baby roaches in the kitchen at night.. and the most concerning thing is I found a small green capsule with a brownish powder in it... I'm not sure what it was but we have small children, one of them being 2. I'm thankful I found it before one of the kids.”airbnb
