“The host (Larry) was super responsive. Upon arrival we had a minor issue with heating the pool and within an hour the pool company arrived and provided assistance. We had a plumbing issue also, and a plumber arrived within the hour and resolved the problem. The house is as described, is in a very quiet neighborhood and was spotless. One thing that we would like to see if we ever get back to the area would be some larger cookware (frying pan and pots), but we were able to make do with what was available. A perfect place for a quick getaway with our friends.”

“Our stay at the Florida Nest was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained — it truly felt like a home away from home. One of the thoughtful touches we appreciated most was having coffee available for our first morning. After traveling, it was exactly what we needed! Everything was conveniently nearby, including beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars, and stores, making it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. The owner was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful before & throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. It’s clear they truly care about their guests being comfortable and enjoying their vacation. Our only small suggestion would be to provide larger bath towels and two towels per guest for added convenience. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we would absolutely stay here again!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ 4/5 We had a wonderful stay at this property. The accommodation itself was perfect — spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The location is also fantastic; it’s in a quiet, peaceful spot but still very convenient for everything we wanted to do. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. The only area that let it down slightly, especially considering the price, was the garden. It’s a lovely space in principle, but it could definitely benefit from a bit more TLC. The planting and general maintenance felt a little neglected. The sun loungers were also quite uncomfortable, which was a shame as we were really looking forward to relaxing out there. A few small improvements in the garden area would make a big difference. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return if those minor garden issues were addressed. Thank you to the host!”

“The pool was filled with algae blooms, unusable from the day we arrived at this “pool paradise”. The pool guy came three times, twice unannounced and shocked the pool so we could not use it at all, the entire trip. We asked to be moved to a place with a pool but were ignored. The shower offered no privacy as the window privacy film has worn off and had a clear view to the backyard. There was mold in the shower as well. The entire place had almost an inch of dust. There were rats running along the fence in the backyard at night. This place could be very cute with just a bit of TLC and basic maintenance, it is unfortunate. We have been offered less than one nights compensation and a coupon as the owner and Airbnb continue to play games.”
