“This place was very clean and nice. I do want to highlight for future guests that this place loves a hidden fee. We paid nearly an additional $700 just for two dogs, a late check out, and parking. So, be aware that once you book on airbnb you will be directed to and external websites to pay additional fees for your stay.”

“Spacious and comfortable for a party of six adults. The pool and spa off the back door was a bonus. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again.”

“Spacious, convenient, and clean. Run by an external manager, so it was a bit of a hassle to have to use a separate portal for check in and instructions, especially with providing my info and ID, but the hosting company was very responsive and helpful on the airbnb portal. Also note that the bathrooms are in the bedrooms, and 1 bedroom doesn't have a bathroom, so whoever stays there needs to go through another's bedroom.”

“Good location, clean floors and nice to have en suite bathrooms. Rooms should have luggage racks and/or dressers. Unit showing age with ADA bathroom shower leaking and family room carpet peeling up and creating a tripping hazard. Owner needs to pay attention to cleaning details. Knives and silverware had been put away dirty. Water filter status on refrigerator was red. Jacuzzi was at 88 degrees and staff did not respond clearly.”

“We had a terrible check in as the lock had failed. Reaching out for help we were told staff was not available until the next day...it was 415PM / check in was 4! Back and forth over text went on for 30 minutes with no help or further response. We bumped into a cleaner who had a key and let us in. 30 minutes later someone showed up and reset the lock but over all bad start. After that event we had no further trouble.”

“Great location walking distance to Burbon St. Hosts very responsive always, easy check in, good amenities and clean property, air bnb good for bigger group (10-13 people) But wished there was even one full length mirror in any room, ended up running out of toilet paper because only one extra roll in each bathroom and we were there 4 days, and a receptionist wasn’t overly friendly one evening at 7:30pm shushing us as we waited for the elevator saying quiet hours would be starting soon (10pm) and we were disturbing people ‘actually staying there’ (We were also ‘actually’ paying to stay there as any other guests so not sure what he meant by that, but when you host large groups traveling together in groups of 10-15 you need to be reasonable regarding noise that naturally occurs with bigger groups”
