Manager Review

The Crestwood Condominiums

The Crestwood Condominiums's guest rating of 4.76 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Very clean. Kitchen was well-appointed. Bath towels were nice and thick. Difficult parking situation. Not enough spaces. The place was quite dark and seemed very tired. Very “seventies”. Needed a paint job. Wired stairs going upstairs to the weird loft. Not worth $350 per night.

During check in they were very unorganized and gave us keys to the wrong unit. There was no A/C and the unit was extremely hot even with the windows open. The we were overcharged by $600 and told it slept 8 when it slept 7. We had to get a rollaway bed that we canceled and they still left it there. Shuttle to the buses was nice though.

The condo was nice and location great. My complaint was the response of the staff. Checkout is at 10 (crazy early) and they don't allow anyone else to stay in the unit until 5 PM. I had an emergency work meeting and asked for just 30 min to complete w the wifi in the room. They were rude and unaccomadating. House keeping was not even working in my building.

Only complaint is not enough parking. Could barely park our car with the permit.

Grateful to find a place that would fit three of us during peak summer but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. I don’t know how they list that it fits so many people because it barely felt like it held us to three adults and I’m pretty sure the walls of the downstairs bedroom are hollow so prepare to hear everything in the loft. The loft should really be for kids or no adults over 5’3”. I’m 5’8” and spent the whole stay hunched over moving around the loft and my neck still hurts. The front desk was super friendly but I was confused about all the Airbnb language around it being someone’s home and then it turns out it’s a hotel… but there’s no luggage help and no elevator and it’s up 3 flights of stairs. Also I missed that there’s no AC which makes a summer stay brutal. The roof is really low so don’t expect a view other than of the roof below. If you’re looking for a place to crash in between ski runs in the winter it works but other than that, it doesn’t.

Place was clean! Road construction was noisy & guests above also noisy. We didn’t get a response for a one hour later check out so that was disappointing.

Never written a negative review but room was severely overpriced for what it was - it was 80 degrees all night despite doing everything the front desk recommended to cool it down and assurance from front desk that it would cool down, people gathering outside the room through the night, alarms going off every hour that woke everyone in the house up, had to double park and wait for more than an hour for a park to free up, took 30 mins to check in (checkin is three terraces away from unit, then understaffed front desk), leaky faucet that pooled and dripped on the floor. Wouldn’t recommend

Bathrooms are badly in need of renovation The rooms are so tiny, you can. are get to the other side of the bed.
