This community catered to so many vacation must haves, peace serenity, fitness, waking, family friends and lots fun things to do. The host was great and responsive from booking to check-out. “We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and nicely kept. There was a small mix-up with the pool codes, but the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also decided to stay an extra night, and the host was quick to help us figure out where we could stay. We especially appreciated how kid-friendly the property was, with a pack ’n play and outdoor toys available for the kids. The location was another big plus—we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again!”

“Great 3 bedroom home with beds for all 7 in our group! Good sized bathrooms and bedrooms. Unique house layout which allowed privacy and different areas to hang out in. Beautiful view overlooking the pond behind the home. Walking distance to pool (warm water!), and the 6 seater golf cart was great to drive over to the cinema and shopping center, as well as the Baytown Wharf for restaurants, live entertainment, and more shopping. Easy golf cart ride to park and walk to the beach on the resort property, too! They gave great instructions for the best beach access, etc (beaches were STUNNING)! They provide bikes to ride around the neighborhood (72 neighborhoods make up the Sandestin resort, I believe!), and our son enjoyed fishing the many ponds. The home has basics, but if you’ll be cooking or staying for awhile, you may want to pack some more supplies in with you. AC and WiFi worked great. Lots of varied seating for a large group, and comfortable bedrooms. Nice decor. We would return!”
