“Nice spacious house. House stayed cool during the hot desert days. Longish walk from Pappys but very doable. They communicated well with me. Only thing I would recommend is bringing an outdoor umbrella if you plan to hang out in the tub area, wish the property had more shade over this part of the dining space, it would have completed our beautiful stay”

The space was clean, the amenities were great, and everything was exactly as described in the listing — no surprises. We felt completely at home and would not hesitate to return for a future visit. “My family and I were very happy with our stay at Heaven's Door. The location was very private with great views and accommodations. The house was very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area and made use of both the cowboy tubs and hot tub. We had a small issue with the coffee maker but management was quick in their response and provided a replacement.”

“What a beautiful and remarkable space. I was looking for something remote and secluded that had an air of style and I found it. Small touches made the biggest difference for me like the record player with throwback albums, the art, as well as waking up to an amazing cup of Joshua Tree coffee. This really is a quiet oasis in the middle of the beautiful high desert. The perfect vacation for me is to shop the local markets and do some cooking. The kitchen was very well appointed with stunning views and the town had plenty of markets to explore and discover. Thank you so much for your stellar service, hospitality and for hosting me. “This was our second visit to this property, and it won't be our last. The house itself is spacious, well-equipped, and in excellent condition. It contains everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is simply outstanding, with unbroken views into the desert from the house and its grounds. You see rabbits, ground squirrels, and a variety of birds in the garden, and soaking in the hot tub at night while gazing at the stars never gets old. Pioneertown offers two places nearby for eating and drinking and Yucca Valley, only 15 minutes away, offers a wide variety of shopping and catering locations. Communication was always excellent, and instructions were clear and concise. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.”
