“Unfortunately there were a couple LARGE cockroaches in different rooms. It was not substantial to stay there so we left. Also we weren’t able to get a hold of the owner that night so we had to call Airbnb the following morning and they finally got a hold of them.”

“The location is great. The place was clean. The management company responded timely. The responses were not great. They advertised beach chais. I told them no beach chairs and they said it didn't come with them. I referenced listed they said sorry they will update listing for future. I told them screenshot were missing or had holes. They said they would fix it after we left. That meant either keep the some windows closed or fight the Flies. Windows needed to be open even in normal 75° weather but it has been 100° the whole time we've been here. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Note that I personally spend many nights camping so I'm not that picky, but I'd rather sleep on the floor. The couch was something you could not even really sit on. That left you with really no place comfortable to sit at all. As I stated it was clean, the location was good, and the management company did answer. However they left issues unresolved.”

“Loved being so close to the beach. So much to do within walking distance. It was extremely hot during our stay and one a/c unit wasn’t exactly great for the whole house. Also, the trains were too loud to leave the windows open. We asked for extra trash bags and they were dropped off immediately- very responsive. They could have anticipated our lengthy stay with paper products- but that wasn’t a huge deal as we just bought our own.”

“Great location, beach is so close. Lots of food options near by. They need to add a light at the front of the living room as I couldnt see when I arrived past dark, also difficult when leaving at 5 am. Place is ok - could easily be improved with some TLC. Outdoor area nice but I had to clean it all myself. Cushions need to be replaced. The maintenance man came to fix the blinds, he was very kind and communicative. He even checked if there were any other issues and refilled the propane for me. This bumped my rating up a star. Overa;l, I think its expensive for everything not being taken care of better. Im disappointed. I know you can do better !”

“great location, little beach Airbnb. However if you booked expecting working AC, oven or lock pad for the front door working upon check in. Might want to rethink. Overall the place was fine. I think it was a bit steep for the complications we had, nonetheless had a wonderful family vacation. Having the hose next to the door and washer and dryer close by was really convenient. The beach toys and chairs were pretty cool too.”

“Great check in and very easy. Needless to say way to many maintenance issues. Tv in bedroom is blocked by the door and no airflow to back room. Team took numerous days to have a maintenance person come for several issues. I was very dissatisfied with this unit B. Water leaking from dishwasher, lights wouldn’t cut off at bedtime, smoke detectors going off for no reason in middle of night !! Very poor service and not up to standard. Not once did they offer anything for my issues to accommodate beside checking out one day early !! Stay away in my opinion.”

“The ac did not work day one of arrival, while we were able to work around it, we slept with the house being 84 degrees. The host responded that the ac would not be looked at during our stay. There was also an offer for extra fans but then mentioned that no one was available to bring them. It was a bit disappointing”

“Nice place but lack of communication on the fact the train is right behind you. Not great for those traveling with infants and sensitive sleepers. The wood floors aren’t properly placed in so they slip out of place causing you to slip backwards. Otherwise did the job and was good for the short stay we had.”

“Good location but the roaches in the house are a problem. I had travelled 12+ hours only to find the place is infested. Not worth it.”

“Half way through our stay the company changed the door code and locked us out for several hours. I tried calling and messaging but was getting no response from the company. Once I finally got a response they were incredibly rude.”
