“Nice place to stay!”

“Overall we were happy with our stay at The Burnham. We particularly loved the location and its proximity to downtown. The descriptions and pictures were accurate and locks were easy to figure out. The bed was also very comfortable! We did notice a slightly musty smell, especially on our clothes after returning home, but they were actively working on running a dehumidifier to remedy the issue. Our only other “complaint” would be that the floor was very dirty. It appeared to have mop streaks when we arrived, but our white socks were brown after walking around for a short time. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again in the future.”

“Overall a decent stay. The place is very comfortable and clean. Bed is comfortable. It is very close to downtown Broadway area, very walkable. However the room is very close to the street, and this can get quite noisy. Especially on a couple of the days I stayed, the coffee shop across the street would start blasting music at 7:30 in the morning and throughout the day. You can also hear people talking when they walk down the street right outside the stay. Ear plugs are a must, and they are provided at the stay, which was nice.”

“They sent communication on how to check in and parking, the problem was they did not send the code for the parking gate until I reached out when I was on site and unable to get into the parking garage. They had sent a video so I thought I was informed but the video didn't explain that there are multiple parking garages with different entrances. Also the gate opens towards you so as so as I entered the I had no time to get out of the way and it hit my car. Multiple other guests complained about the parking garage as well.”
