Had a great stay here in Nashville! The location was perfect close to everything we wanted to do. The Airbnb itself was very cool, clean, and had a great vibe. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We booked an apartment for three people. When we got there, there were only to beds ready. So i asked for a third one. I got a quick reply that someone would come to set it up. But no one came. So i started to set it up myself with whatever I could find in the apartment. But there wasn’t enough covers. So i went down to the lobby at 10pm. Luckily i met a cleaning lady down there. She told me that she would bring up some covers in a moment but still no one showed up until 10:45pm. Sadly still having no proper bedding by 10:45pm is not what i call a comfortable situation which left me quite disappointed. So i went down to the lobby again at almost 11pm and the cleaning lady told me she requested some kind of approval which she didn’t get. She was absolutely friendly and helped me out by handing over some covers anyways. And i finished setting up the bed by myself. Besides from that everything was great.

The Burnham was in a great location. Beautiful balcony overlooking the grounds. We easily walked to Broadway. A little difficult to work with Latch for entry into all gates, elevators and doors. After getting familiar with everything it became easier but trying on the 1st day. This particular unit would be more suitable to younger renters. The bed was extremely low and living room furniture was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs when you sat down. Also garden tub was very difficult to step out of without assistance. Some features could be added to make this unit comfortable for all ages.

I had an 8-hour drive to get to an event at 6:00 p.m. . When I was 2 hours from the property, they canceled on me claiming an A/c issue. All of my music year was in tow, and I couldn't just park somewhere in Nashville and risk losing all of my things. I was already 6 hours into the drive. The Burnham could have allowed me to purchase one day of parking in order to have a safe place until other accommodations could be found, and they would not. They completely screwed me. I missed the once in a lifetime event that I traveled 8 hours for, didn't secure additional accommodations because of Airbnb, which is a whole separate issue, and had to drive over 16 hours on 2 hours of sleep. I understand technical issues happening, but every horrible thing that I went through in the last 24 hours would have been circumvented by allowing me to park my vehicle for a few hours to figure things out. It's the very least they could have done, instead of leaving me stranded.

Very nice apartment with huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Great location, and easy walk to Broadway, restaurants and Bridgestone Arena. Navigating the property was difficult, with requiring the use of the digital Latch app. Every entrance, elevator and even parking gate had a different button to unlock in the app and it was overly difficult to determine what was what, especially after a long drive. Why not just one to unlock every outside entrance like a hotel key card does? There was a 15 page tutorial to explain everything, and while helpful it was just too much to take in at once. There was a homeless encampment across the street from the balcony. There was also a group of homeless people on the bench outside, and upon our return from dinner we had to call the police bc one man stood up naked to urinate in the street, exposing himself to our young kids. Property was nice despite the hiccups.
