The Beachwalk Resort

“This was the worst “resort” I have ever stayed in. Front desk was extremely rude and unfriendly. We got kicked out of our room at 1 am from the person on the unit connected to ours trying to get in. When we went to front desk the only thing they could say was we have to move to another room( which was not any better and was actually worse). The bed had bed bugs, and the doors lock was broken, ac didn’t work. Also after we paid too much money for that awful room, when we got to the hotel, we had to pay a $97 fee just to stay in the room. Please save yourself and do not buy from this hotel.”

“Extremely disappointing stay, especially for the price paid. The first night was terrible because the AC was not functioning properly, causing us to repeatedly wake up throughout the night trying to adjust it ourselves. Multiple messages were sent overnight with little response, and we ultimately had to go downstairs at 6 AM because we were unable to sleep comfortably. We were told maintenance would arrive around 8 AM, yet after waiting and receiving no updates, we had to return downstairs after 9 AM only to be told there had been communication issues. Maintenance finally arrived around 9:30 AM and confirmed the AC sensor was filled with water. He also advised the issue was only temporarily stabilized and would require proper repair by an AC professional. We also experienced plumbing issues with the toilet clogging. To make matters worse, after returning from an outing, we found our room door left open. When reported to the front desk, the response was simply, “the housekeepers,” wit”

“Though this was a great location, it just wasn’t what I expected. It took so long to get checked in. I had to take a cold shower when I got there. I told the front desk about it the same night along with texting the host, and I still nothing until I reached back out the next morning.. I was just unsatisfied! My graduation trip was not what I thought it’ll be… Felecia”

“🛑 don’t book this place 🛑 They will charge you for a resort fee $40 per day and Valle parking $30 per day and refundable $250 security deposit On top of that, the vinyl floor is not safe The tille in the bathroom are broken The Room is super small And the fan in the bathroom need to be replaced On top of that the pressure in the shower are very low”

“I had a horrible experience and have never left a negative Airbnb review before, but this stay was extremely upsetting. There were multiple hidden fees after booking, I was told about daily resort and parking charges that were never disclosed in the listing. Since the reservation was non-refundable, I felt stuck. The building was also inconvenient, with only two elevators for over 30 floors, leading to very long wait times. Worst of all, the unit was dirty. The sheets had large stains, there were hairs on the towels and throughout the bathroom, and the shower door had visible grime like it hasn’t been clean for a while. The walls were also dirty, and the WiFi didn’t work at all during the duration of my stay. While the view was nice, it wasn’t worth staying in such poor conditions. I would not recommend this place.”

“The moment I walked into the room, it was clearly NOT cleaned. It looked like it had just been used and left as-is. There was hair everywhere — on the bedding, in the shower, around the toilet. The entire room felt dirty and unsanitary. I have photos to back this up. This wasn’t a minor issue. This was unacceptable from the second I stepped inside. And that’s where everything went downhill. This property is inside a hotel, but the way it’s set up is completely misleading. I paid over $400 through Airbnb, then was required to pay hundreds more directly to the hotel just to stay. None of this is handled properly, and you’re essentially forced to pay extra on arrival with no real clarity or protection. When I tried to get help, the hotel told me they couldn’t do anything because the booking was through Airbnb. The host was no help at all. I was stuck. Airbnb made it worse. Instead of immediately offering a same-night solution, they took over 18 HOURS causing me to sleep in my car.”

“Place was really smaller than the photo, valet parking rude, and to get an elevator was insane, I think that place is overpriced.”

“The hosts uses "bait and switch" tactics. The host isn't honest and he lied about a king bed and there was double bed. Inside the unit needs painting and its very aged. DO NOT book this unit until they do repairs to it. This unit is like staying in hell.”

“Usually, we paid half the price this time we wanted to be in luxurious place and paid double instead it was a terrible place with the view right to the bridge of the highway. A lot of noise a lot of hidden fees. The walls are dirty. The furniture is very old and dirty couches are dirty. When we came first night. Our bed was full of sand most terrible experience we had the pool is not heated.”

“The place didn’t match the pics, it was messy and dirty, the towel bar fell off the wall, the mirror fell off the wall, both terribly hung, you could see the plaster was all trashed, nail holes were showing, tv didn’t work, i had to fix it myself after nobody came to look at it. Sheets were visibly stained. Pool is in the shade of the building most of the day for those who would like to sit in the sun.”
