“Beautiful home, great location , walking distance to siesta key village and beaches”

“Our family has been coming here for annual vacations for the past few years. Would highly recommend, great spot, comparable pricing like a home away from home!!!”

“The home is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. Check-in was easy, communication was clear, and the house backs onto a park, which was perfect for daily walks. The only issue before arrival was some confusion during the booking process, but it was eventually resolved. Unfortunately, the property's cleanliness was disappointing. The pool area had hair ties, crumbs, stained pillows, algae, and debris, and the pool received only minimal service during our two-week stay. Inside, we found crumbs on the couches, stained bedding, towels with an odor, fingerprints on walls, light switches, and appliances, dirty dishes and cutlery, unclean countertops, and bathrooms that had clearly not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. We spent much of our first day cleaning the home ourselves. Once cleaned, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With improved cleaning standards and pool maintenance, this would easily be a five-star property.”

“Absolutely loved our stay! The house and pool had absolutely everything we could possibly need, we had a really great time fishing off the back. My son even caught a 10lb snook, we saw manatee floating by, it was truly a great space. 6 mins from siesta key, 5 mins from grocery’s and restaurants. We would absolutely come back!”

“The house was amazing. Perfectly clean with nice well kept furniture. The decks are the BEST. The pool is nice but cold and the hot tub wasn’t able to be turned on, you might want to prearrange those. The house was great but…..there is a house two doors down under construction and one being worked on across canal. There construction noise at 8:00 AM every morning and it is loud enough to wake you up. Still a great house.”

“A few small improvements could be made by the cleaning crew to make this a 10/10. The location is great, Captain Kurt’s restaurant and beach access are super close. The house has great water views and the pool is refreshing. The outside deck and table made for ideal relaxation. Would stay again!”

“As a family who travels alot, This house was the best one yet! Perfect for our 13 day stay, the house came with everything and more! Beds were comfortable, pool was a big hit, However i feel like it could have been cleaner. The only thing i recommend is adding a full size mirror. Also, we had small issues with the water temps in the showers. Overall 10/10 and definitely worth the money. Would definitely book again.”

“At first we thought this place was great and we were so happy with the location. The first night we noticed how awful the beds were. The sheets were not clean and you could tell throw pillows and blankets never got washed before we came. Ac does not keep up during the day even with doors and windows closed. It needs to be updated with more towels and blankets. Also the kitchen was nasty, I had to wash everything before I could use it. I found hair in cups in the cabinet. Accused us after check out that we broke furniture that was already broken when we checked in. The pool had tons of algae buildup and looked neglected. First they sent basic check out instructions that we followed but then after we had already checked out & left Florida, it seemed like they wanted us to clean it professionally before their own cleaner came. now they are trying to scam us of almost $1000 in fees for damages that were already there.
