“Gute Unterkunft, die besser für zwei als drei Personen geeignet ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Dadurch, dass das Fenster in den Hinterhof gehen, ist es etwas dunkel. Es entspricht aber völlig der Beschreibung.”

“I actually liked the property itself. During my stay there was a power outage that affected the entire block, so I understand that situation was outside the host’s control. My disappointment was with the communication afterward. I was told someone would look into relocating me and call me back with an update, but I never received any follow up or update. Better communication during unexpected situations would have made the experience much better.”

“The space was perfect for our family of 4. Clean and quiet. It’s in the heart of Beacon Hill and a perfect spot to explore the whole city. The host was super responsive if we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Our second stay here, right on Newbury street. Easy access to restaurants, cafes and shopping - and at night it’s not as noisy as it is on 3rd floor. The parking (for additional al fee) is very convenient and worth it, if it is available (only one space available). Hosts are quick to respond and friendly. Only caution is there are no elevators so it’s three floors up narrow staircase. Note that they also do not offer late checkout. Otherwise we always enjoy our stay here when visiting Boston!!”

“I have stayed in many airbnbs in Back Bay and will not return to this one...super early check out and they don't give you any leeway. They want you to take your own trash down the street to a bin (yet the cleaners need 5 hours to clean-- go figure). The unit I stayed in was sparse...missing lightbulbs, mediocre amenities-- not at all equivalent with the prices they charge. Plus my unit had the bed right next to front door so never felt safe-- no lock inside the door just the lock code so that anyone with the code could walk in. I ended up having to put a chair in front of the door. Finally they have a 10am check out time --super early and would not even give me an hour for morning meeting. Again, the place is okay but not for the price and they seem to care more about making things easy for cleaners than making guests happy. Full pass.”

“The location is amazing. So many great restaurants and shops close by. I was moving my daughter out of college so the stairs were challenging with all her luggage but the location made it worth it ♥️”

“It was a decent stay if you don’t need much room. Noise was never bad. Only issues were lots of hair in my bed, and the bathroom could have been taken more care of. But the beds were very comfortable, and the stay was not bad.”
