Teryn & Darbi's guest rating of 4.73 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The house is very beautiful and clean. It’s in a great location and easy to find. The location is close to many things to do but is still in a quiet location. You don’t even feel you are in a city!! We fully enjoyed our stay!”airbnb

“Overall we had the best time at this Airbnb - fair warning, the stairs are a lot especially when you have luggage! Super super cute place that we had to minimally decorate for a Bach. We were not impressed with the cleanliness - our socks turned black after walking on the floor and there were many cobwebs/dust. The fire alarm kept beeping to which the hosts were prompt in sending someone to change the batteries. The location is about 10-15 minutes from everything so Ubers were needed - we knew this! It was overall a great experience and I would stay here again. Lastly, they only provide so many paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and bar soap (zero liquid soap)… I found this kind of weird for how expensive the Airbnb was. We had to purchase an additional $20 worth of cleaning items for the weekend which I felt we didn’t need to provide after staying at other airbnbs.”airbnb

“If you want to be close to downtown but still away from busy this is your place. Easy 10min walk to broadway. And plenty of restaurants. Our favorite was Harper’s steakhouse just 2 blocks away. And make sure you visit printers alley for a calmer night life no big crowd but live bands and food was great!!”airbnb

“Quiet, comfortable, cozy little studio where we were able to truly get some much needed rest. Excellent location close to everything you want to see and do but far enough away where you get to enjoy peace and quiet when it’s time to shut it down. We will definitely be back! Can’t recommend this spot enough!”airbnb

“I would have given a better review if they made accommodation for the fact the bed in the master bedroom was broken. The slats were not screwed into the frame and we hit the ground. They sent over a repairman the next day, but it happened again. We ended up sleeping on a cot and sofa both nights. The place is next to the water company and we were awaken by the noise of beeping trucks. Also you have to enter through the garage. Since we use Uber , it was a issue to get the drivers to pick us up and drop off in the alley”airbnb

“The house was quaint on the inside, the beds were comfortable and they provided adequate towels, which was appreciated. The outside area was not fairly represented by pictures and definitely didn't feel like a safe neighborhood. Four separate Uber drivers told us this was not a safe location, and one told us he rarely accepts rides to/from this area because it's too dangerous. Also, we were told parking in front was available, however, there is a posted sign directly in front of the house which states no stopping/parking; this made it difficult for Uber drivers to accommodate us. While I appreciate the history of the home and work they've done on the inside, it's important to make guests aware of potential safety concerns. As three women visiting from out of state, we had no idea from the posted pictures and description that we should be concerned about the location. For the same price at other offerings, we would have chosen safety over what we thought was charm.”airbnb
