“Very nice place for a weekend getaway. Very basic bring everything you need for comfort. Beautiful views easy check in. thank you for sharing your home.”

“As soon as I walked in, there is a noticeable smell. The furniture needs replacement as soon as possible. There is furniture in the living room with wobbly legs, the couch is dirty and stained. First thing I did when I checked in was check the bathrooms and there was a ridiculous amount of hair in all showers/bathtubs. The shower curtain on the first floor needs replacement as it is very stained. The bed sheets in the bedroom on the first floor has a massive stain. Some towels are stained. The community this listing is in is great. Really no need to leave if you packed well. There’s even a restaurant inside. Beach access was nice and the pools were great!”

“Just an ok place and location. I personally wouldn't stay here or in Ruskin again. Very micromanaged from the numerous messages via email and at the apartment. Also some unexpected parking fees. I went to pick up food at Sunset restaurant and was told HOA looks at cameras and a fine will be sent to me. I was in a empty parking lot at 930pm on a Sunday night. The whole community is run down and needs TLC. Security guard Jesus Mendoza young guy means well but like mall security very OVERACTIVE. Inside the apartment the wifi didn't work but owner very responsive and worked out a quick solution. The main TV didn't work had sound no picture and the patio screen broken on the ground. A few bugs encountered in the apartment. 10am checkout is earlier than any AIRBNB or hotel ive stayed at. Overall just an ok location and apartment. I have 11 of my own houses on airbnb/vrbo and long term tenants so I'm well accustomed to what is offered and expected of landlords.”

“This, what used to be a Motel room, needs a renovation. The tile is old and dirty along with icky baseboards and old bathroom. All of the funiture in the room was so dirty we didn's sit on it and the patio funiture looked like it was picked up on the side of the road. The kitchen was not stocked, cups were filthy and stained. Just provide some paper products or something. The toilet paper consisted of two of the smallest rolls of the thinest paper I have ever seen. I don't expect to have to go buy toilet paper for a weekend. It has that typical old hotel AC that is noisy. Not AirBnb standard at all and especially for the price. Sorry, but I was expecting so much more.”
