“My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was very comfortable. We loved the views from the balconies. It was a short distance from the private beach. We enjoyed the nearby restaurant Sunset Grill. We actually stayed in Little Harbor about 10 years ago for a small family reunion and loved it. This time we were there for a FL staycation for my son’s birthday. We had a relaxing time.”

“Good enough space for 3 families with no kids. The facility had beach chairs which was convenient to use. Beds were very uncomfortable and bathrooms had barely enough toilet paper for 1 day. There were not enough towels or extra sheets. Hope Carmen can use this feedback to help improve.”

“Despite the negatives listed below, I really enjoyed the amenities. Loved having multiple pools and hot tub plus a gym, piers, etc. The beach is no swimming during most of the year due to bacteria so that was a let down. Small issue but we booked an 8 day stay it would have been nice for them to provide more than two tiny bathroom trash bags and two tiny rolls of toilet paper for four people for the 8days. The furniture is beautiful! BUT it sticks out about 8-10” past the mattress and we all have bruises from hitting them all week lol, we are a little dense I guess cause we kept hitting shins and knees on them about hyperextending knees, smh! our last disappointment was the food in the area was all junk. To be fair, we planned to make our own food because the Description said appliances to make small meals; we thought would have a small cooking area so we didn’t research food in surrounding areas., that’s our bad. We enjoyed staying here but definitely learned some lessons.”

“Great restaurants nearby, loved the manatees in the canal which we could view from our balcony. Was very quiet and peaceful stay. We also loved the pool.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, AC worked great in the FL heat. The restaurants & pool were great amenities. There are minimal toiletries and supplies provided, so just be sure to bring your own if staying longer than a couple days. The upstairs carpet could use updating, but otherwise we found everything clean and comfy. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Recently renovated place with good thought in mind. Slightly dusty/dingy. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable. Anything more than 2 days and my husband wouldn’t have made it. Same goes for the couch. It’s so cheap to invest in comfortable beds and furniture now that this just really felt subpar. The pull out didn’t have a blanket or pillow for our daughter. Thankfully she has her own blanket. We’re used to and familiar with little harbor so we love the area. What I will say about the host is we reached out about a week prior regarding early check in. She let us know she couldn’t be sure until a day or so before because of other bookings. I reached out several times the day before and day of check in to ask for early check in and was met with auto replies and completely ignored. If early check in isn’t available, that’s ok…. Simply say that when I originally asked so we can plan accordingly.”

“As soon as I walked in, there is a noticeable smell. The furniture needs replacement as soon as possible. There is furniture in the living room with wobbly legs, the couch is dirty and stained. First thing I did when I checked in was check the bathrooms and there was a ridiculous amount of hair in all showers/bathtubs. The shower curtain on the first floor needs replacement as it is very stained. The bed sheets in the bedroom on the first floor has a massive stain. Some towels are stained. The community this listing is in is great. Really no need to leave if you packed well. There’s even a restaurant inside. Beach access was nice and the pools were great!”

“This, what used to be a Motel room, needs a renovation. The tile is old and dirty along with icky baseboards and old bathroom. All of the funiture in the room was so dirty we didn's sit on it and the patio funiture looked like it was picked up on the side of the road. The kitchen was not stocked, cups were filthy and stained. Just provide some paper products or something. The toilet paper consisted of two of the smallest rolls of the thinest paper I have ever seen. I don't expect to have to go buy toilet paper for a weekend. It has that typical old hotel AC that is noisy. Not AirBnb standard at all and especially for the price. Sorry, but I was expecting so much more.”
