“A perfect Airbnb for our family. We loved: - Clear instructions and great communication from Tahoe Signature Properties - The backyard is even better than the photos. We had multiple days where our kids (2 kids under 10 y/o) didn't want to leave and just wanted to play in the yard, or in the downstairs game room that conveniently opened up to the backyard. We felt comfortable letting them play mostly unsupervised while we sipped our coffee on the nice back porch. - The well stocked kitchen enabled us to cook multiple meals and had everything we needed - The bathrooms and bedrooms were close together and separated from the rest of the house, allowing us to relax after the kids went to sleep - The HOA amenities - beach club, multiple pools, gym/rec center - got lots of use from us. A really nice perk. All in all, we had a great time and will definitely rent from Tahoe Signature Properties again!”

“What a lovely stay! Wonderful clean home, beautiful views, great location and responsive communication with host! We enjoyed the lake views while drinking our coffee on the deck each day. Loved the nearby park access for walks and disc golf.”

“Perfect home base for summer weekend in Tahoe. Loved the access to the private marina at Donner lake (arrive by 930 to get parking and table with shade). Jesse was super responsive in his communication and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. A+ service. Previous review mentioned issue with A/C but we had no complaints. There was a heat wave during our stay and the AC kept the house cool and refreshing. We were so glad we booked a home with A/c. Would absolutely come back again.”

“Might be the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! The neighborhood was gated and on a golf course. We were there for a bachelorette and felt incredibly safe. The pictures do not do this place justice! It is SO nice. The owners were incredibly thoughtful, responsive and checked in on us via text multiple times. Would stay here time and time again!”

“A great location. The managing property was also super helpful and quick to respond at whichever time we would reach out. Reached out as a fan was not working and the managing property quickly delivered new fans the next morning. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location is really close off the highway and many things to do around.”

“This place is fantastic! So spacious. Much bigger than the photos even portray. The kitchen is beautiful and all of the rooms are quite nice. The property is also on the edge of the woods so you can hike right out the backyard and there are no neighbors you can see. The management company is great to work with, easy to reach and friendly. I will definitely book here again.”
