They were very responsive on both airbnb's website messaging platform and regular text messaging prior to and during our stay. We realized we had left something inside the house immediately after checking out and locking up, and the door code had already been reset automatically. Jesse immediately returned my phone call and was able to help us retrieve the item from the house. Overall, it was a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you!”

“We had a great stay here over a long weekend! It was a great setup for the five of us (two adults + 3 kids), and I could see it working well for groups without kids too. Cozy and well stocked. The Donner Lake Rim trail is accessible right behind the house, which was a big bonus for me. The host was responsive and helpful, and the place was super clean. We'd love to stay here again!”
