“This was perfect for our stay in South Tahoe. Plenty of room and dog friendly 😊. Communication with Lisa was prompt and helpful. Nice quiet community with great trails nearby. Amenities were not fully open so we didn’t pay for access, but in the warmer months it would have been great! By the way this was by far the cleanest home I’ve ever rented…kudos to the staff who keep it clean. It’s a big home!”

The location was perfect as well, very close to everything, which made getting around so easy. The host was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. “my group and I loved this location, clean, in the middle the south lake tahoe close the stores, restaurants, casinos, tourist attractions. truly a gem, we will definitely be returning! Lisa and Anna were very responsive throughout the whole stay and very welcoming. the house if fully equipped with everything you need, and more. the back yard leads to to the lake and personal dock. this home accommodated perfectly 7 people. it was also wheelchair accessible which is a big part of what we needed for our group during this trip. The master bedroom, two bathrooms, and all common areas is on the first floor which is absolutely amazing. It was perfect! thank you so much Lisa and Anna. and we hope to return soon.”

“We had a great stay at Lisa's place. The location is amazing, hard to beat backing up to the lake and a nature preserve while being so close to town and restaurants. The home could've been a bit cleaner, baseboards and window sills among other items were dirty. Additionally, the water dripped continually from the upstairs bathroom shower faucet for the duration of our stay, which we informed the host and there was no resolution. Besides that, the home is nicely updated and a great place to stay while in the Tahoe area. Would definitely come back again.”

“Some friends and I recently stayed here. While the location is okay, the unit was spacious, and multiple bathrooms was a plus, the cons unfortunately outweighed the pros for our group. Our biggest frustration was the lack of transparency. We booked this place mainly for the hot tub, but were blindsided by a hidden $50 fee. Access was a hassle, requiring an office trip, IDs, and photos. The guide said amenities were open until 10 PM, but they closed at 8 PM. We wouldn't have booked had we known this. The unit also lacked basic comfort and maintenance. The sofa and upstairs mattress were incredibly uncomfortable, while the downstairs bedroom was so frigid it was unusable. We tried to light a fire, but no matches were provided. Shower essentials were missing (only shampoo supplied), and several lamps were broken. Finally, the host's instructions felt generic with unclear checkout guidance. Despite the amount of space, the hidden hurdles and lack of upkeep mean we wouldn't stay again.”

“I must express my disappointment regarding the value of our stay at this location. For the price we paid, several key features were lacking. Notably, the absence of a dishwasher was quite inconvenient, and I found it unsettling that the host expected us to wash and put away the dishes. I believe that proper sanitation is crucial, and I would have felt much more comfortable using disposable dishes or even bringing my own. Additionally, the property is situated over three miles from the casinos, which was not ideal for our plans. Furthermore, it lacks a beautiful mountain views, which would have enhanced our experience. On the positive side, while the house is small, it has a certain charm. However, given the drawbacks, I feel the overall value does not reflect the price we paid. --- I hope this helps convey yo”
