“The family all loved the amenities. Perfect house for our grandchildren ages 17-9. The steps to the back of the house are a little tricky for older people. The house is easy to find and the host is very responsive. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pans & utensils.”

“We absolutely loved our time at Copper Rose. We spent the weekend relaxing in the hot tub, reading on the daybed together, and just soaking up the scenery. We loved the look and feel of the cabin so much. We saw a family of deer visit regularly. It was a fantastic peaceful weekend trip together at a beautiful location. “Our stay was fantastic! The hosts were very communicative and responsive, though we did not need much from them if at all! The cabin was small but charming, tidy, well stocked, and spotless. My husband and I loved enjoying coffee on the deck, unwinding in the hot tub, and reading on the comfy couch. The cabin was private but close to the road and easily drivable to local destinations, like hiking, restaurants, and antiquing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway with a great host.”

“Very private, well-maintained cabin. I definitely recommend following the host’s directions the first time you arrive, as the driveway can be difficult to spot if you’re relying solely on GPS. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The ductless AC and ceiling fans kept the temperature comfortable throughout our stay. As the host clearly explains in the listing/messages, anyone with mobility issues should be aware that the loft is accessed by a very steep staircase/ladder. The water does have a noticeable sulfur smell. It’s not particularly pleasant, but I can confirm that the smell does not stay on you after showering. Overall, this was a great place to stay while visiting the Hocking Hills area. It was private, comfortable, and a nice place to come back to after being out for the day. I’d definitely consider coming back for a winter weekend—the cabin and fireplace seem like they would be perfect that time of year. Thank you for a great stay!”

“We celebrated my 50th birthday here with a total of 15 women. The place was decorated beautifully and provided many options for our long weekend stay in Hocking Hills. The house had plenty of room at the tables and sitting areas to accommodate all of us perfectly. The pool, fireplace with swings, Hot tub, movie room, game room and basement music room were all great additions to our time there! We visited a waterfall, M&M Diner for brunch and floated down the river. We also cooked, played games and enjoyed relaxing in this space making memories. We did have a slight issue with our water not working consistently during our visit and while not ideal, strong communication and a solution driven approach was taken and it was addressed successfully. Many of the women that joined me on this trip mentioned rebooking this place with their own families in the future! I would also rebook with my family, the kids Bunk room is a dream!”

“My wife and I along with our dog enjoyed our stay. It was great, looked just like the pictures. The sauna was amazing, we enjoyed using that daily. Close to all the hikes. Close to some good food, would definitely recommend Papa Dino’s if you are looking for some food that is close to cabin. Definitely would recommend this cabin to friends and family. Host is good with communication.”
