“Could not have asked for a more perfect place for a family reunion. The house accommodated us comfortably and was extremely clean. The common areas were just right for adults/kids. The kitchen was huge and had all of the items needed to make meals there versus eating out. Mattresses were soft like we like them also. Only thing I wish they had was a second oven as we needed another one to cook for 11 people. Double thumbs up! Would totally rent again!”

“Very nice condo with a view of the lake and a nice balcony. An easy walk down to the boat launch and kayak access. Great place for 1-2 people, good location for access to the Branson area activities. Very comfortable layout and nice furniture. Nice little kitchen area and was great for our breakfasts. Just a FYI for awareness: If you're planning to cook meals plan to bring your own cooking oil and seasonings etc, also there isn't a closet/hangers for hanging up clothes if needed, several hooks on a door and wall. Thank you.”

“Check in and communication the first 2 days was great, the room was clean though the linens didn't have a fresh clean smell. The pool and hot tub that were advertised were not yet opened for the season so that was disappointing. Our last morning at the resort we went to enjoy the complimentary kayaks but there was only 1 paddle so we contacted support. We were told someone would come out to get us a second one, we waited for over an hour and noone showed up. I went in the office and let them know Noone had come and was met with attitude and a 'We contacted them, there's nothing else we can do about it'. I explained how it was disappointing that it was one of the main reasons we booked there and the guy said 'sorry' with shrug, and seemed annoyed by our inconvenience and unbothered by the fact we had been waiting for an hour. The room and location was nice but I won't be staying with this resort again.”

“Me and my husband spent our 5year anniversary here. It was peaceful, and we enjoyed every minute away from our children. I really enjoyed how intimate the condominium was and it was very comfortable. We didn't get to enjoy the attractions that Branson has to offer such as the roller coaster place and zip lining due to staying during the week so the next time, we'll be sure to book during the weekend. Other than that, the check in was easy, check out was easy and we had no complaints. Thanks for having us!”

“Great location if Silver Dollar City is what you’re looking for! If splitting time between there and Branson, still not bad, but expect 20 mins to down town. Biggest con was that this is clearly a corporate rental and unlike every other AirBNB I’ve been in, this kitchen was completely inadequate, and posting was inaccurate as well. If you plan on cooking, good luck - it was a huge struggle making it work. There wasn’t even salt or pepper or paper towels. No frying pan. Like….a serious warning and bummer. Also beds weren’t that comfy and screens had holes in them so we had numerous bugs inside Resort Amenities are good I’m sure, but weren’t open so we didn’t use.”

“This was a terrible experience. Upon arrival, we learned everything is under construction and the restaurant and bar are closed. The only seasonal thing mentioned in the ad is the pool, which is expected. When we checked in, we had to go to the store to buy cleaning supplies as the bathrooms were disgusting, the dishes had food and mold on them, and the towels were under the counter with the toilet plunger! The unit pictures portrayed the unit to be much cleaner and newer, down to even different colors than this one. The carpet is gross and the couch is really bad as well. We will not be back, and feel this was a bait and switch situation because had we seen or known how bad it was, we absolutely would not have stayed here.”

“They never responded after I told them the area was dirty. I want at least a refund.”

“Customer service lacked the customer service. I left a list under the lobby door of maintenance issues in unit 427.”

“upon check in the first room they put us in was being used by the maintenance men, the bathroom floor was wet with wet dirty towels. they had been smoking cigs in it. it was utterly disgusting. when we went to move out suit cases the maintenance men were coming in and out of the room. they put us in a different room and the door wouldn't close, and the ac went out. overall super disgusting place”

“Really needs a remodel. Water damage to restroom walls. Light not working in bathroom mirror. Literally almost no outlets besides the restroom otherwise you have to unplug a lamp or something. TV did not work with either remote. Ice machine not even working and looked like for quite some time. Called in advance to make sure dogs were allowed was forwarded to two different people that said no. Finally got a call center that said yes. However upon arrival contact free check in said no dogs allowed per ADA. Woke up early to speak to staff was greeted by a very unpleasant woman who said if I read the listing it says yes after waiting 30 mins for her to come up from down stairs. There is no pool currently under construction. Would have been nice to know as well. I would stay here again but needs to be remodeled especially if they are remodeling everything else.”
